Posh Brats is a well-established natural skin care company with an innovative product range and a growing international customer base. This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate B2B sales professionals to join a growing business with a quintessentially small business ethos.

Founded in 2008, we are a family-owned and operated business with a small but talented and passionate team. The majority of our customer base is B2B, selling our ethically-sourced and innovative products to retailers in the UK and abroad. Most of our B2B buyers are increasingly based in the USA and France, but we are keen to introduce our products to new markets. We also sell directly to the consumer, although B2C accounts form only a small part of our business.

As our new sales agent, it will be your job to bring our ethically-sourced product range to new outlets. You’ll be generating your own leads, as well as working with our existing resources to target new clientele. You’ll start prospecting by email and over the phone, managing the client relationship through to the closure stage. Some larger clients may also require face-to-face appointments.

    Commissions range from 10 - 20% of the value on the initial order depending upon amount, with repeat orders being set at 10 - 15% (net of tax and shipping). Bonuses are awarded upon hitting targets.
