Dermasoma® is a protected, independently developed movement and sensory-wellbeing modality created in the UK by Dermasoma Ltd. It brings together embodied movement, sensory rituals and aromatic skincare within a structured, branded experience that stands apart from conventional yoga or Pilates offerings.
The brand operates across two complementary pathways: Dermasoma Flow®, a yoga-based sensory-somatic approach, and Dermasoma Precision®, a Pilates-based sensory-somatic approach. The intellectual property, brand and structured training programmes are fully developed and protected.
With the foundations in place, Dermasoma Ltd is now recruiting experienced commercial sales agents to identify and convert buyers for its exclusive Scottish Master Territory Licences.

The agent will be selling exclusive territorial Master Licences for Dermasoma®. Each licence grants the buyer the rights to develop the modality within an agreed territory, establish authorised training provision and build a network of licensed practitioners and studio partnerships.
The initial opportunities available are:
The licences are offered separately, allowing a buyer to acquire either pathway, with the possibility of discussing both. Each licence includes the relevant branded intellectual property, structured training programmes, specialist programmes addressing themes including vitality, self-belief, menopause and chakras, and the framework for developing a territory. An integrated sensory skincare and aromatic kit is also supplied through the licensing model, forming a built-in revenue stream for the Master Licensee.
This is a business development opportunity for buyers who want to build something meaningful, not simply add another class to an existing timetable. The concept, category and commercial framework are already built. The Master Licensee’s role is to develop them within their territory.
Establishes 29 October 2025. New company
Dermasoma® is a fully protected, standalone modality combining embodied movement, sensory rituals and aromatic skincare, not a rebranded yoga or Pilates class. Buyers are acquiring access to a distinctive branded category, not a commodity offering.
Each Scottish Master Licence is priced at £15,000, with 30% commission paid on receipt of cleared funds. Sell both available Scottish pathways and the combined commission reaches £9,000.
Two separate Master Licences are available, each covering Scotland exclusively: Dermasoma Flow® at £15,000 and Dermasoma Precision® at £15,000. Further UK territorial opportunities may follow as the licensing programme develops.
The target buyers are established wellness businesses, entrepreneurial movement professionals and training organisations with the commercial ambition, capability and financial capacity to develop a new branded movement modality across Scotland.
Priority prospect types include:
The ideal buyer understands practitioner education, studio partnerships and brand development, and recognises the recurring income potential available through ongoing training, annual practitioner renewals and the supply of associated sensory kits. Agents should focus their conversations on decision-makers who think commercially and are ready to invest in building something across a territory, rather than at a single location.
You are an experienced, proactive independent sales agent with a proven track record of selling higher-value commercial propositions, territory licences, franchises, training businesses or similar business opportunities. You know how to identify serious prospects, open direct conversations, qualify buyers and drive a commercial discussion through to completion.
Ideally, you already have relationships within the wellness sector: yoga and Pilates businesses, studio groups, practitioner-training organisations or wellness entrepreneurs looking for their next commercial move. Those existing connections will give you a head start in a relatively defined prospect pool.
You are comfortable working on a commission-only basis with no basic salary or retainer, and you are motivated by the prospect of meaningful per-sale earnings on a high-value licence. At 30% commission on each £15,000 licence, a single completed sale returns £4,500. Two sales, one of each Scottish pathway, returns £9,000 in total commission.
Dermasoma provides you with a developed, protected brand concept, two clearly defined territorial opportunities and supporting commercial and training materials. You focus on finding and converting the right buyers, the underlying concept, training delivery and fulfilment are handled by the company.
