SkillsTeq are an interactive AI powered e-learning and roleplay company based in the UK. Our platform creates e-learning courses, assessments, roleplay scenarios and mentor features specific to a range of client use cases. These are typically used for product knowledge, employee onboarding, regulatory compliance and sales and customer service development and training.
Our software takes client information and data, for example, a staff handbook, and creates an interactive e-learning course powered by AI. It is an innovative and new approach to learning adopting a chat-style interface to engage learners in all aspects of the experience. Users can ask questions throughout lessons with the software acting as a coach to help them understand and improve outcomes.
The assessments and roleplay training are integral and facilitate high level skill development by creating real world scenarios in a closed, safe environment. These components save incredible amounts of time and resource with a full course being created in as little as 1 hour.

We are looking to sell our full package of elearning, quiz and roleplay but also these can be sold as individual aspects as stand alone product.
For example, the full package includes unlimited elearning courses, quiz, roleplay and mentor all with the AI integration, full interactivity and ongoing updates.
Or, the Roleplay can be sold on its own to organisations such as call centre trainers to deploy as a training method.
We can offer bespoke packages and the sales agents will have full autonomous control to build this to fit with a client base.

As it is based on AI, many businesses know its time to adopt this tech but simply do not know the best method. Our product is the solution.
Excellent commission terms
We offer 25% commission on each sale and the possibility of a monthly commission should a client undertake an additional maintenance package. Our base price is £5k including setup in year 1 with an annual fee starting at £2k. We also offer a monthly management and development package starting at £250 per month - all of these are fully commissionable. All clients to date have undertake the monthly management which includes product enhancement, data updates and full management of the courses.
First sale bonus
We offer an extra 10% on new sales within with first 4 weeks.
Sales and marketing support
You will have access to our test platform to enable you to demo in real time to the client and become familiar with the tech yourself.
Freedom & flexibility
Agents are free to work as and when they see fit. We are on hand to discuss over Zoom whenever you may need some assistance in developing a sales pitch.
Target market
We seek to sell to any enterprise organisation looking to improve HR performance. Our core markets are training and recruitment but any company can benefit from the software.
The main USP is the time to delivery (hours) and the cost savings against delivering training in-person as well as the cost of updating this data.
