Noviom Labs are a rapidly growing digital marketing agency that specialises in iOS & Android mobile app development. Based in the UK, our company has a track record of delivering successful mobile apps to our clients and we are now looking for a driven sales agent to help our young company to expand even further.
We cover all sectors, B2B & B2C, and we are able to build any app required by our clients, our last app was a social media app for iOS & Android with a project value of £27,000.
We also have a quick selling e-commerce app that starts from only £499.
We work on a variety of cool projects, with some very recognisable brands, which offers a great opportunity for any sales agent to be involved in.
The right candidate will have a huge market to explore, and we are offering up to 20% commission, first sale bonuses and marketing support.

We are one of the few app developers that build in house apps. Most UK agencies outsource abroad, so it gives a rare opportunity for the agent to be as involved with the process as they like. A lot of the apps we build use cutting edge technology or software. Such as NFC (Near field communication), which is the same technology contactless payments use.
Excellent commission terms
We are offering up to 20% uncapped commission. We expect an agent to bring an average of £5k-£10k per month. Our average app project cost is £19,344, which would pay £3,867 commission. On average we plan for 50% of our apps to need monthly maintenance packages, which start at £500 per month, and this would generate a further £100 per month in commission.
Recurring commission
Most apps require a level of maintenance. We charge a monthly fee starting from £500 per month, and currently our largest monthly fee is £1500 per month.
Professional training and support offered
We will offer the right candidate the training required to go out and sell our services. Our team will teach them all about IOS & Android app submissions as well as answers to the most asked questions. In addition, we are on hand to answer questions should the agent require our support and we would be happy to attend meetings if the sales agent wishes.
First sale bonus
We are happy to offer a first sale bonus at a negotiable rate.
