Training on our Products and Solutions will be given where required to ensure the Sales Agents are fully equipped and confident to win new business. We will provide relevant technology tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, …among others) to support agents in their work and adequate sales training if required to help them work confidently to close deals.
While the team are looking for agents who have their own client networks, the company has partnered with a renowned leads generation company who will provide business outreach and “tailor made” prospecting services – they will reach out and connect with hundreds of our ideal clients, generating upwards of fifty (50) strong leads per week for agents to close.
Agents will be armed with all the product training they need to make the value proposition clear, as well as being supported by a suite of marketing material, including product and solution overviews, whitepapers, presentations, and explainer videos. Where relevant, pre-sales technical support will be available and product demos organised to support sales and marketing efforts.
