Skill Beyond Boundaries is a B2B online talent collaboration space. This is a safe, secure and discrete platform that enables business to communicate with each other for their talent management needs.
ICS (Internal Collaboration Space) – This is the space for businesses to host their existing talent and make it transparent across the organisation. With role based access the leaders can collaborate to use the talent across divisions, departments and locations.
MCS (Member Collaboration Space) – Members are able to showcase the talent that they have available for lending, transferring, contracting and/or sharing with other members. This is the secure space for companies to be communicate with each other to exchange talent between themselves.
TAS (Talent Acquisition Space) – Members can share their talent requirement with other members, who can respond confidentially for the talent that may have available.
The value delivered is cost optimisition, speed to talent management, reduced dependence on 3rd parties, meeting social responsibility (CSR) and meeting ESG commitments.

We are offering a 40% sales commission as we are looking a high caliber individuals to be a part of the team and we want to respect their time, effort. The expectation is that our agents should be able to earn between 4 to 7 k per month.
