DXV Studios is a UK automation agency, based in Northampton, that helps small businesses stop doing admin by hand. We build simple automations that work with the email and systems a business already uses: chasing unpaid invoices, sending quotes and following them up, replying to new enquiries in minutes, and asking happy customers for reviews.
Our clients are owner-run firms: trades, cleaning companies, garages, haulage firms, manufacturers, wholesalers, letting agents and accountants. Most save several hours a week from the first month. We set everything up in about a week, look after it every month, and there’s nothing new for their team to learn.
We’re looking for self-employed agents who are confident on the phone to introduce us to more UK business owners. You get leads already checked against the do-not-call lists (TPS and CTPS), a UK phone line, a script, a product guide and live demos to show in meetings. You earn 20% of the setup fee plus 10% of the monthly fee for each client’s first 12 months, paid within 7 days of every client payment.

Clients pay a one-off setup fee (typically £240–£740) and a monthly care fee (typically £35–£150). The setup fee is the commission base for the first payment, and the monthly fee pays you every month for the client’s first 12 months.

Most small businesses still chase invoices, write quotes and answer enquiries by hand. We automate that work with the email and systems they already use, so there’s no new software for their team to learn. It’s set up in about a week for a few hundred pounds, which is far cheaper than hiring admin staff. In meetings you show a live demo that sends real emails to the prospect’s own inbox.
Recurring commission
Yes. Every client pays a monthly care fee, and you earn 10% of it for the client’s first 12 months, on top of 20% of the setup fee. Each client you sign adds to your monthly income, and you keep being paid on your clients even if you stop working with us.
Professional training and support
You get a word-for-word call script with objection handling, a Product Guide covering every service and its prices, and a step-by-step Google Meet demo guide. Before you call live leads you do a practice roleplay call with us and get feedback. After that you have direct support from the two founders by WhatsApp and email, usually the same day.
Sales leads provided
Yes. You get your own sheet of 250 leads, topped up as you work through them. They’re owner-run UK businesses, mostly with mobile numbers and the owner’s name. Every number is checked against the do-not-call lists (TPS and CTPS) before you get it, and your leads are never shared with another agent.
Sales and marketing support
A free UK phone number on Zoom, so calls cost you nothing. Live demos that send real emails to the prospect during the meeting. A savings calculator showing the hours and money each business saves. A short demo video, and a simple online form so new clients can get set up without a call.
Freedom & flexibility
Work from anywhere and pick your own hours. We ask for at least 10 hours a week during UK business hours (9am to 5pm). There are no targets during your 1-month trial.
Target market
Owner-run UK small businesses with 1–50 staff, where the owner still answers the phone and does the admin. Our best fits:

We’re looking for self-employed agents who are confident on the phone and enjoy talking to business owners. Ideal if you already sell card machines, energy, telecoms or software to small businesses: you’re calling the same owners, and this is an extra product to offer them. New to sales but hungry and coachable? We’ll train you too.
