We are looking to sell Defero Spot, a subscription-based SaaS platform that includes:

Client portal functionality, CRM tools, task management, secure file sharing, client communication, service tracking, team collaboration, and white-label branding.

The platform allows professional firms to offer their own branded client area without showing Defero Spot to their end clients. This makes the product attractive to firms that want to improve client experience, look more professional, and centralise their service delivery.

This is a recurring subscription product, creating an opportunity for ongoing commission rather than only one-off sales.

  • First sale bonus

    Sales partners will receive 50% commission on subscription payments for the first 12 months from each new paying client directly introduced by the sales partner and accepted by Defero Spot. After the first 12 months, the sales partner will receive 10% recurring commission on future subscription payments, renewals, upgrades, additional paid users, and additional paid modules linked to that client for a further 12-month period only, provided the client remains active and continues paying. After this additional 12-month period, no further commission will be payable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commission becomes payable only after Defero Spot has received cleared payment from the client for the relevant invoice. No commission is payable on unpaid invoices, overdue invoices, cancelled subscriptions, refunded payments, chargebacks, disputed payments, VAT, discounts, payment processing fees, or applicable third-party costs. Commission applies only to clients directly introduced by the sales partner, approved by Defero Spot, and not already known to Defero Spot or already in an active sales process. This means: Year 1: agent receives 50% Year 2: agent receives 10% Year 3 onwards: no commission, unless separately agreed in writing.

  • Sales and marketing support

    Defero Spot will provide sales and marketing support to help agents present the product clearly and approach prospects professionally. Support will include: Call pitch and telephone sales script Email and LinkedIn outreach templates Product overview and key selling points Demo guidance and product walkthrough support Target market guidance for accountants, solicitors, consultants, mortgage advisers, mediators, and similar firms Objection-handling guidance and answers to common client questions Marketing materials and product information Support with preparing for client demonstrations Ongoing sales guidance as the product and sales process develop Agents will have practical material to support their outreach and sales conversations, rather than being expected to create the full sales message from scratch.

  • Freedom & flexibility

    Sales partners will have freedom and flexibility to work on a self-employed basis, manage their own schedule, and approach suitable prospects in a way that fits their sales style. This is a remote and flexible opportunity. Agents can decide when and how they work, provided they represent Defero Spot professionally and follow the agreed sales process. The agent will not be responsible for creating the product, managing technical setup, providing technical support, or deciding final pricing and contract terms. Defero Spot will remain responsible for product delivery, onboarding support, client approval, invoicing, and final commercial terms. Sales partners can focus on what matters most: identifying suitable UK businesses, starting conversations, booking demos, and helping convert prospects into paying clients.

Target market

The main target market is small and medium-sized UK professional service firms, especially:

Accountants, bookkeepers, tax advisers, solicitors, legal consultants, mediators, mortgage advisers, financial advisers, business consultants, and similar service-based firms.

The ideal prospects are businesses with approximately 2–25 internal users who manage many clients, exchange documents regularly, and currently rely heavily on email, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, or disconnected tools.

Ideal Profile
