360° AP was founded by AP practitioners who spent their careers implementing, testing, and often being frustrated by the tools available in the market. We stopped working around the problems and built something that actually solves them.
Where we started
We started in accounts payable consulting. Recovery audits, process analysis, solution implementations. Over 15 years, we worked with hundreds of clients across industries and geographies. We analyzed their AP processes, recommended tools, and helped them implement those tools. And then we watched the same problems come back.
What we kept seeing
The tools were fragmented. Reconciliation in one product, duplicate detection in another, invoice processing in a third. Each had its own login, its own data, and its own limitations. Cross-referencing anything meant exporting to spreadsheets. Reporting meant stitching data together by hand.
The turning point
We tried to make existing solutions work. We pushed vendors for better integration. We built workarounds. Eventually, we decided it would be faster to build what we always wanted than to keep waiting for someone else to do it.
