EggBug Studio is a UK-based animation studio creating high-quality 2D animation, motion graphics and visual storytelling for brands, agencies, production companies and original content creators.
The studio combines creative direction, animation, production management and commercial expertise, supported by a trusted network of specialist artists that allows production to scale around each project. EggBug guides clients through the full creative process, from early concepts and storyboards through to animation, compositing and final delivery.
The team has delivered work for broadcasters, agencies, technology companies and recognised brands, including work associated with the BBC, One Productions and Mind Candy, the creators of Moshi Monsters. Projects are individually scoped according to the client’s objectives, creative requirements, schedule and budget. EggBug works across one-off creative projects, larger campaigns, branded-content packages and ongoing production relationships.
Unlike providers limited to one production method or fixed video templates, EggBug creates tailored visual solutions using 2D character animation, frame-by-frame animation, rigged animation, motion graphics, storyboarding, animatics, design and compositing.

EggBug is seeking project and account opportunities typically valued between £5,000 and £50,000+, with uncapped commission of 10% to 20% depending on the agent’s involvement in developing and closing the sale.
At 15% commission, a £10,000 project generates £1,500, a £25,000 project generates £3,750, and a £50,000 project generates £7,500. At 20%, those same projects generate £2,000, £5,000 and £10,000 respectively.
Agents earn 5% commission on repeat projects from introduced clients for 24 months, with enhanced recurring commission of up to 10% where they remain actively involved in developing the account.
Animation is a natural complementary service for agents already selling branding, digital marketing, web development, media buying, video production, communications, software or event services.
Agents are not expected to estimate complex production costs. EggBug provides showreels, case studies, sales materials, qualification guidance, discovery support, proposals, quotations and senior-team input throughout qualified opportunities.
EggBug’s primary target market is UK-based organisations that regularly commission high-quality animation, video or visual content but may not have a dedicated animation team in-house.

Relevant decision-makers include creative directors, agency owners, producers, marketing directors, brand managers, heads of content, communications managers and company founders.
The strongest prospects will have a genuine campaign, communications or production requirement, access to the relevant decision-maker and a realistic budget. Typical projects are expected to begin at approximately £5,000, with larger campaigns, pilots, branded-content packages and ongoing production relationships ranging considerably higher.
Agents with existing relationships across business services, advertising and media, software and technology, retail and FMCG, food and drink, finance and insurance, sport and entertainment are especially well suited to this opportunity.
EggBug is looking for commercially minded, self-employed B2B sales agents, business-development professionals and referral partners who can introduce the studio to organisations with a genuine requirement for animation or visual-content production.
The ideal agent will have existing relationships with marketing teams, creative agencies, production companies, technology businesses, broadcasters, entertainment companies or other organisations that regularly commission creative work.
Experience selling animation is helpful but not essential. More important is experience selling bespoke or consultative B2B services, identifying the correct decision-makers and qualifying opportunities according to need, budget, authority and timing.
