Responsible with AI is an interactive online learning programme designed specifically for professionals using AI in the built environment.
Rather than teaching people how to write prompts or use individual AI tools, it teaches them how to use AI while remaining responsible for the quality and integrity of their work. The challenge for employers is no longer simply whether their people use AI — it is whether they use it well, safely and with appropriate professional judgement.
That is the problem Responsible with AI has been built to solve.
This is an opportunity to represent a distinctive product in a growing market, earn meaningful commission from organisational sales and build recurring income from the customers you introduce.
The learning pathway currently includes:
The main sales opportunity is with organisations wanting to develop responsible AI capability across teams or their wider workforce.
Typical organisational opportunities are expected to range from £5,000 to £20,000+, with larger enterprise opportunities possible.
There is already plenty of training showing people how to use AI. Responsible with AI tackles the harder question: How should professionals use AI when they remain accountable for the result? The programme covers issues such as: professional judgement; validation of AI output; confidentiality; hallucinations and errors; disclosure; evidence and audit trails; review and assurance; organisational governance. It is also designed as a modern learning experience rather than passive e-learning. Features include interactive scenarios, assessments, AI narration, audio learning, adjustable text, dyslexia support and colour-vision accessibility options. The programme has already been used and reviewed by professionals, smaller organisations, academics and professional stakeholders. We are now moving from validation into wider paid organisational rollout.
We know good independent agents invest their own relationships, time and experience before they earn anything. So we want successful partners to be properly rewarded. Year 1: 25% You receive 25% of qualifying first-year net revenue from customers you introduce. For example: £5,000 sale → £1,250 £10,000 sale → £2,500 £20,000 sale → £5,000 £40,000 sale → £10,000 There is no commission cap. Larger strategic opportunities can also be agreed individually.
We want agents to build a customer portfolio, not start again from zero every year. Responsible with AI is designed for ongoing organisational use through: annual access; new employees; progression through different learning levels; new specialist modules; updated guidance; wider team rollout; refresher learning. For qualifying customers you introduce: Year 1 – 25% Year 2 renewal – 10% Year 3 renewal – 5% If an account grows during Year 1, you also earn commission on qualifying additional revenue.
We will give you what you need to sell confidently. You will receive: access to Responsible with AI; structured product onboarding; clear buyer and market guidance; demonstration training; common objection handling; pricing and proposition support. And you are not expected to handle technical AI conversations alone. For important opportunities, the Feenix team can join discovery calls, demonstrations and client presentations. You build the relationship. We help you close the opportunity.
50% commission on your first qualifying organisational sale Complete your first qualifying organisational sale within your first 60 days and your commission increases from 25% to 50% on that deal. A £10,000 first contract would therefore earn you: £5,000 commission. The bonus is paid once the customer's qualifying payment has been received.
You will not be handed a website and expected to work everything out yourself. We provide: sales presentation; digital brochures; product demonstrations; course previews; enterprise proposition material; buyer messaging; FAQs; objection handling; outreach material; proposal support; pricing guidance; case studies and pilot evidence as available; founder support on key opportunities. We also want feedback from our agents. If you are seeing a particular need in the market, we will work with you to strengthen the proposition.
Our initial focus is the UK built environment and related professional services.
Strong prospects include:
Likely buyers include Heads of Learning, Heads of Profession, Digital and AI leads, HR, Risk, Commercial Directors, Managing Partners and senior leadership.
We want commercially capable independent sales partners, ideally with existing relationships in professional services, construction, property, corporate training, L&D, technology or related sectors.
You do not need to be an AI expert.
We are more interested in people who know how to:
If you already represent complementary, non-competing products, that can be an advantage.
This opportunity is particularly attractive to agents who already have relationships with professional firms and want to add a timely, high-value service to their portfolio.
