Medlink Students offers more than a traditional university application service. We provide personalised, end-to-end support for students who want to study medicine, dentistry, pharmacy or veterinary medicine abroad. Our service covers university selection, application preparation, entrance-exam support, admission, relocation and on-ground assistance, as well as continued guidance throughout the student’s studies and towards graduation. This comprehensive approach allows salespeople to offer families a meaningful solution with clear, long-term value.
Our commission structure is designed to reward strong performance. During the initial three-month training period, successful sales above the agreed target are rewarded with additional commission. After completing the training period, the role moves to a commission-based structure with flexible working hours, allowing motivated salespeople to increase their earnings according to the results they achieve. Full commission details will be explained during the interview process.
All new telesales specialists receive a structured three-month training programme led by an experienced Sales Manager. The programme covers sales scripts, product knowledge, CRM use, objection handling, client psychology and practical sales techniques. Trainees have access to recorded sales calls and internal training sessions, allowing them to learn from real examples. They also participate in live training, mock calls, quizzes and practical client scenarios. The Sales Manager provides ongoing guidance, answers questions and gives regular feedback to help each trainee develop their confidence, improve their performance and successfully transition to live sales calls.
Medlink Students provides salespeople with leads generated through the company’s marketing activities and enquiries from prospective students interested in studying medicine, dentistry, pharmacy or veterinary medicine abroad. Leads are assigned and managed through the company’s CRM system. The salesperson is responsible for contacting and qualifying each lead, understanding the student’s needs, communicating with the student and their parents, maintaining consistent follow-ups and guiding the opportunity through to a successful sale. This allows salespeople to focus on building relationships and closing sales instead of sourcing all their prospects independently.
Our telesales specialists are supported by experienced Sales, Marketing and Admissions teams. The Marketing team generates leads and provides promotional content, webinars and information about Medlink Students’ services. Salespeople also receive approved scripts, product-knowledge materials, CRM support and guidance on handling common questions and objections. The Sales Manager provides regular coaching and performance feedback, while the Admissions team assists with detailed questions about universities, applications and admission requirements. This combined support helps salespeople communicate accurate information, build trust with students and parents, and close sales more effectively.
After successfully completing the structured three-month training period, telesales specialists move to a flexible, commission-based arrangement. They can organise their working hours independently while remaining responsible for following up with assigned leads, responding to prospective students promptly, updating the CRM and achieving agreed sales targets. The position is fully remote, allowing salespeople to work from their preferred location. Please note that the initial three-month training period follows fixed working hours to ensure participation in live training, group activities and practical sales sessions.
Our primary target market is the United Kingdom, followed by Ireland, Australia, Canada and the United States. We work with prospective students and their parents who are exploring opportunities to study medicine, dentistry or veterinary medicine abroad and need professional guidance throughout the university application and admission process.
We are looking for experienced telesales professionals with excellent spoken English and previous experience selling services. Candidates must be confident communicating with prospective students and their parents, qualifying leads, building trust, handling objections and applying effective sales techniques.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to close sales and will follow up consistently and proactively with every lead. They must be comfortable managing the complete sales process, using a CRM, documenting client interactions and working towards clear performance targets.
The opportunity includes structured training covering sales scripts, CRM use, objection handling, client psychology, product knowledge and practical sales scenarios. Candidates will receive live guidance, mock-call practice, regular feedback and ongoing support as they progress to real client conversations.
