The Product

Carrot Rewards started out simply printing reward stickers for schools. And while it still prints millions of these every year, the brand has been an active participant in the technological revolution within schools.

Today, Carrot Rewards represents an interactive digital school rewards platform designed to make it quick and easy for education professionals and students alike to manage their rewards.

Participating schools pay for an annual subscription with a very simple 2 tier pricing system. This sophisticated behaviour management tool can help to gamify student achievement, with students collecting digital and/or physical stickers as they excel in their studies and classroom conduct.

Education professionals will also have access to a detailed reporting suite that can provide insights to drive teaching and classroom management strategies. Students and professionals alike can access their own online portals. While teachers can gain valuable insights from students at the individual, class and whole school level, students can view and maintain their online sticker album to keep track of their rewards and exchange points for physical rewards from the school’s shop.

The Target Market

The Carrot Rewards system is used both across the UK and internationally with clients in schools across Spain, the UAE and Australia.

At present, the system is predominantly used by primary schools, although a growing number of large Secondary Schools also use the system. Decisions are usually made at Head Teacher level but initial demonstration will usually be the teacher or deputy head responsible for rewards.
