VeriSeal Holdings Inc. is the technology company behind DocSeal, a SaaS platform designed to protect the authenticity and integrity of professional documents.

DocSeal enables organisations to seal documents at the point of issue, allowing recipients and third parties to verify that the files they receive are authentic and have not been altered.

We are developing our commercial presence in the United Kingdom and Ireland and are looking for experienced independent B2B sales agents with established professional networks.

DocSeal is a subscription-based document authenticity platform for organisations that issue official, sensitive or high-value documents.

The solution allows an organisation to:

• seal a document when it is issued;
• protect its integrity through a unique digital proof;
• allow recipients to verify the document independently;
• detect altered, substituted or fraudulent copies;
• maintain a clear and auditable verification record.

DocSeal is not an electronic signature platform and does not replace existing document-management or signing solutions. It adds a dedicated authenticity and verification layer to documents already produced by the client.

Priority target customers include law firms, accountants, financial and insurance organisations, property professionals, public-service providers and other regulated professional organisations.

The service is sold through recurring SaaS subscriptions, providing agents with the opportunity to build a portfolio of recurring client revenue.

    DocSeal provides a dedicated authenticity layer for professional documents. Issuers can seal documents at the point of creation, while recipients can independently verify that the file received is authentic and has not been altered. The platform complements existing document-management and e-signature solutions rather than replacing them.

  • Excellent commission terms

    Agents receive 25% of the net subscription revenue actually collected from each client they introduce during the client’s first 12 months. After that initial period, agents continue to receive 10% of the net recurring subscription revenue collected while the client remains active, subject to the terms of the agency agreement.

  • Recurring commission

    Agents receive 25% of net subscription revenue collected during each introduced client’s first 12 months, followed by an ongoing 10% recurring commission while the client remains active. This enables agents to build a cumulative recurring income from their portfolio of retained customers.

  • Professional training and support

    Agents receive an initial introduction to the DocSeal platform, its main use cases, target sectors and sales positioning. We provide product demonstrations, guidance on qualifying prospects and ongoing support for technical or commercial questions arising during the sales process.

  • Sales and marketing support

    DocSeal provides agents with professional presentation materials, product information, demonstration support, sales messaging and sector-specific guidance. Our team can also participate in qualified online demonstrations and support opportunities through the proposal and onboarding stages.

  • Freedom & flexibility

    This is a non-exclusive, self-employed opportunity. Agents organise their own working hours, prospecting methods and commercial activity, and may continue representing other non-competing products or services. There are no fixed hours, employment obligations or geographical restrictions beyond the agreed target market.

Our initial target market consists of professional organisations in the United Kingdom and Ireland that issue, receive or verify important business documents.

Priority prospects include law firms, accountancy practices, financial and insurance firms, property and conveyancing professionals, corporate service providers and other regulated organisations.

DocSeal is particularly relevant where altered, substituted or fraudulent documents can create financial, legal, compliance or reputational risk.

The ideal customers are small and medium-sized professional firms as well as larger organisations seeking a simple way to protect document authenticity without replacing their existing document-management or electronic-signature systems.

Ideal Profile

We are looking for experienced independent B2B sales agents based in the United Kingdom or Ireland who already have access to decision-makers within professional-services or regulated sectors.

Suitable candidates may currently represent complementary software, compliance, cybersecurity, legal, financial, insurance or business-service solutions. They should be comfortable identifying prospects, arranging demonstrations, developing relationships and progressing opportunities to contract.

This is a non-exclusive, self-employed opportunity with no fixed working hours or employment relationship. Agents retain control over how they organise their activity and may continue representing other non-competing products and services.
