This is a commission-only role, allowing you to directly benefit from the leads you generate.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Research:

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify potential leads and target companies within specified sectors.
  • Utilize various tools, databases, and online resources to gather information on prospective clients, including key decision-makers and company needs.

Lead Qualification:

  • Engage in outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and digital communication channels to qualify leads.
  • Assess the needs and pain points of potential clients, determining their fit for our solutions.
  • Prioritise leads based on alignment with company objectives and readiness to engage with our sales team.

CRM Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Ensure all data is meticulously captured and up-to-date to support efficient tracking and handoff to the sales team.

Appointment Setting:

  • Coordinate and schedule initial meetings, demos, and follow-up calls between qualified leads and the sales team.
  • Manage calendars to optimise time management and ensure timely engagement with high-potential leads.

Market Insights:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Provide valuable insights to the sales team on emerging opportunities and market shifts.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead generation goals and strategies.
  • Share feedback on lead quality and market trends to continuously improve the lead generation process.

Person Skills:

  • Previous Experience: Proven experience in lead generation or a similar role within the SaaS industry is highly desirable.
