AccuSafe Consulting Ltd was founded in August 2019 by a qualified and experienced health and safety consultant with a prior 20 years of experience in the corporate world. The business owner has achieved her law degree, NEBOSH qualifications and a catalogue of other relevant training qualifications besides. Classroom training is largely delivered by a qualified business partner to the company, Lee Kitching.

12-month package – £10,000+VAT (10 places available per annum)

  • 2 x 1-hour coaching sessions with a qualified consultant delivered monthly with an action plan issued following the second monthly session
  • Bespoke health and safety policies written (up to a maximum of 12)
  • Visit to one site within the company to complete a Gap Analysis report of the business
  • Corrective Action Plan detailing actions identified during Gap Analysis process, assigned action owner and timescales for close out
  • One annual audit of one site chosen by the client

6-month package – £7,000+VAT (12 places available per annum)

  • 2 x 1-hour coaching sessions with a qualified consultant delivered monthly with an action plan issued following the second monthly session
  • Bespoke health and safety policies written (up to a maximum of 6)
  • Visit to one site within the company to complete a Gap Analysis report of the business
  • Corrective Action Plan detailing actions identified during Gap Analysis process, assigned action owner and timescales for close out

3-month package – £5,000+VAT (20 places available per annum)

  • 2 x 1-hour coaching session with a qualified consultant delivered monthly with an action plan issued following the second monthly session
  • Visit to one site within the company to complete a Gap Analysis report of the business
  • Corrective Action Plan detailing actions identified during Gap Analysis process, assigned action owner and timescales for close out

Ideal Profile

We’re looking for a salesperson(s)/team to make contact with potential clients who largely meet the above criteria, who will influence the potential client and help them understand the benefit attached to taking one of our packaged deals. We DO want people with a personality and who can breathe life into the product and empathise with the client (health and safety can be an emotive subject and cause business owners considerable stress and sleepless nights in implementing the right systems and processes in their business). We definitely DON’T want someone who speaks monotone and who cannot successfully get across to the client how the product will not only meet their pain point(s) but eradicate them. Experience of selling services and products, and even compliance products, to the industries outlined above would be very useful as would a knowledge of the health and safety industry, although this is not essential.

Once the potential client understands what is involved with taking one of our packages they will be excited to get started! The potential of not having effective health and safety systems in place for the business owner/leader, within businesses like those listed above, is prosecution and/or possible substantial fines. So with their liberty and/or bottom line at stake, the potential client will be very keen to speak with you.
