You will be selling SAPA’s Free Cost Reduction Review service, which offers care providers access to exclusive discounted deals we have secured across their main expenditure areas: insurance packages, energy contracts, administration services, and compliance solutions.

The sales process involves conducting cost review meetings with providers, identifying potential savings, and offering them access to our pre-negotiated supplier deals. Commission is earned when providers switch to our recommended suppliers.

You will receive prospective leads containing contact details and decision-maker names. Each prospect receives a personalised email about the Free Cost Reduction Review service before your call, creating a warm introduction and clear conversation starter. You will also close inbound sales enquiries from care providers who have already expressed interest in SAPA’s cost reduction service.

You are an experienced sales professional looking for an uncapped commission opportunity in a consultative sales environment. This role offers the satisfaction of genuinely helping care providers reduce costs while building a substantial income stream.

You should have knowledge of the Care sector and its operational challenges, proven sales skills in prospecting and closing deals, and excellent communication skills for building client relationships. You’ll need the ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions, plus self-motivation and independence in managing your sales activities.

This is a soft, consultative sales approach where you are providing genuine solutions to existing problems in the care sector, making it easier to build trust and close deals.
