    The company will pay the Agent a Peak Performance Bonus. The amount shall be calculated within the first quarter of each year as the difference between the total commissions of previous year and the max yearly commissions paid to the Agent.

    The company will provide adequate training and after the technical experts will be available to provide support to the Agent.

  • Sales and marketing support

    The company will provide the Agent with sales material translated in English and samples.

  • Exclusive sales areas

    The area of exclusivity is to be discussed with the Agent. The Agent shall inform in detail the company about any new business opportunity. If the company accepts it, than the relevant customer shall be considered as automatically included within the Contractual Customers.
