Join Funky Cups! An Irish based paper cup manufacturer specializing in the production of compostable & recyclable custom printed cups. We are an established manufacturer of paper cups that supplies the Irish, UK, & European market with custom printed & stock generic paper cups for hot drinks (coffee, tea etc.)
We are now looking for sales agents to help us scale. Samples + brochures will be provided as well as a list of cold leads to target in specific territories.
We are offering a commission of 15% for the first year of a new client, 8% commission when the client is ordering in the 2nd year, and 6% on the 3rd year. The goods are perishable so the customer will need to place orders throughout the year.
The lowest commission possible you will receive on a sale is £120, monthly commissions of £430 are possible depending on the size of the client. Our largest commission given on a sale to date is £830.
Average commissions for our past sales month were £220.

CUSTOM PRINTED CUPS
You will be selling custom printed cups, as we are a manufacturer of paper cups & not a reseller, our products give the customer many benefits:
- Short lead times of 10-15 working days

- MOQ from 500 Cups
This will be the main product to sell but we also offer stock generic cups (unbranded) as well as lids to our customers.

Recurring commission
12% For all customers in the first year, when you have a customer ordering in their second year commission will be 8%, when a customer is ordering in their third year with you commission will be 6%

Upon discussion of your location, I will provide you with a list of cold leads for you to get in contact with via telephone & also in person call ins
Sales and marketing support
Will supply you with samples, brochures etc.
Exclusive sales areas
We will offer exclusivity to areas if an agent can meet a minimum target requirement in their first few months.
Freedom & flexibility
We will be setting targets that we expect you to hit but ultimately you are your own boss & you can make your own decisions on how to go about achieving sales success, if you find more success selling remotely online than out in the field then we will accept this.
