The directors of Intelect have a lifetime of experience in technology and electronics and 15 years in LED lighting.
Having first patented a technology and entered the market in 2010, we changed course slightly and set up Intelect Lighting Ltd in 2018.
Over the past 3 years, the business has doubled in turnover and net profits year on year, demonstrating significant growth and profitability. Clients tell us our lighting designs and comprehensive cost proposals set us apart from the competition.
Now we’re looking for superstar sales professionals that have existing clients in the Commercial, Industrial and Retail sectors to provide qualified leads in return for commission.

LED Light Fixtures
We supply and install lighting fixtures. Our products are leading-edge with high-reliability and minimal failures. The product is manufactured in Poland by a Eu35M company with whom we have worked for 9 years and maintain an excellent relationship. Installations are carried out by our own electricians and 2 subcontractors that we have worked with for a number of years.
The process of bringing our lighting fixtures to clients involves:
- Visiting client sites to conduct very detailed surveys
- Producing highly detailed, comprehensive designs
- Creating ‘fully costed proposals’ to show and compare energy consumption
- Providing details of the installation and commission
The process is very collaborative. As few clients have detailed knowledge of lighting, we educate them while we conduct the installation.

Excellent commission terms
Our orders range in value from £2000 to £80,000, with an average of £15,000. Our margins are such that commissions of 10% are applicable to most sales.
Recurring commission
Companies who have more than 1 facility invariably return to us to do their other site(s). A customer introduced by the agent would be retained by the agent and follow-on business would automatically generate follow-on commission
Professional training and support offered
We have tried and tested training materials and would work with the agent until he or she feels confident in the role. Training materials include 1:1 sessions, joint visits to clients and 360 feedback and review.
Sales and marketing support
Training as outlined above is provided, as is a full range of secondary training resources, including quality case-studies, company presentations and specific sector presentations.
Our Target Market
We are targeting the Commercial, Industrial, Retail, External sectors. Our biggest customer owns a chain of just under 200 retail stores, of which we have completed 70 over the past 18 months. Our next largest are 2 companies which own Leisure Centres where we install lighting fixtures in Swimming Pools, Sports Halls, Changing, Reception, Cafes and Offices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Candidates who have customers in any of our target sectors would be ideal, though this is not essential. As the ‘sell’ is highly technical, we are looking for candidates to supply qualified leads rather than close sales. In either event, we will provide considerable support, high quality training and education and a range of marketing materials.
