Products

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our field sales team in key areas of the country. The Sales Representative will be responsible for seeking leads in their area, liasing with potential customers, holding on site meetings, and providing them with all the necessary information about our lodge designs for the holiday let industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record of successful sales in a similar industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential customers via phone, email, or in-person visits to generate interest in our lodge designs for the holiday let industry.
  • Meet with potential customers on site to understand their needs and preferences for siting and setup.
  • Provide potential customers with all the necessary information about our lodge designs, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Respond to inquiries from potential customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the design and production team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Follow up with potential customers to answer any questions and provide additional information as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up activities in the company’s CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successful sales of £500,000+ in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with potential customers.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable with meeting new people and travelling to different locations.
  • Knowledge of the holiday let industry and its customer needs is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Our construction team and architects are qualified in Passivehaus standards, ensuring that our homes are built to the highest levels of energy efficiency. Our lodge designs undergo rigorous testing and have achieved impressive scores on the airtightness test, with a range of 0.7-1.2. To put this into perspective, the UK housing market cannot build anything less than a score of 10 on this test, with a goal to reach a score of 5 by 2025. Our homes are therefore significantly ahead of the curve, surpassing the standards for reduced carbon emissions and energy savings. In addition to our commitment to energy efficiency, we also use greener and cleaner materials in our construction process. We use non-toxic glues, silicones, and low to no VOC paints to promote healthy air quality inside our homes. Our innovative approach to construction and commitment to sustainability make our lodge designs an excellent choice for anyone looking for a high-quality, energy-efficient, and eco-friendly holiday let. By choosing our lodge designs, customers can enjoy a comfortable and healthy living space while reducing their carbon footprint.

  • Excellent commission terms

    We pay £3000-£5000 in commission per unit with additional bonuses for end of year sales. Most common sales currently are 1 units for backgardens, 1-5 units for farm owners (land diversification) and also 10-30 unit for large holiday sites.

    Should someone reorder from us, we will include additional commission to you.

  • Professional training and support offered

    We make you feel inclusive with continuous communication with our team to answer questions for speedy answers should you have a customer asking a particular question. We can design and create any content that you require. We can also provide leads by finding planning applications for lodges and cabins in your area. We also offer a free stay inside our holiday cabin to fully experience the quality and benefits of our homes (after 3 months of working with us).

  • Sales and marketing support

    We can provide email templates for each customer including cold email templates. We can provide brochures and marketing materials including business cards and just about anything that you require to complete a sale. Our team are on hand to create documents, data sheets and other supporting documents to help you succeed.

  • Exclusive sales areas

    We currently have sales agents for the Peak District, Dorset and some of Devon and the South of Scotland. We would like to find agents for the North-West and North-East including agents for the South-East, Midlands, Wales and Ireland.

  • Freedom & flexibility

    Work on your own terms. For customers who are seeking units in their backgarden for additional space, they may work long hours (think Directors, business owners) and will wish for lunchtime or weekend visits. For glamping sites and land owners they may be more free with staff to manage their sites.

Target market

Our target audience includes residential lodge sites, glamping sites, and old caravan sites looking to upgrade their models. We also cater to homeowners who need additional living spaces and are looking for a single unit that can be used in their garden.

We currently advertise our lodge designs in high-end magazines, attend trade shows, and promote our models through videos and photos on social media.

We have two types of customers. The first type is budget-conscious and requires more value-added services to reassure them of their purchase. These customers are looking to upgrade their home with additional living space and may not have a lot of money to spend. The second type of customer is looking to finance their purchase and is interested in the profitability of our lodge designs for holiday letting purposes.

We provide all the necessary information to our customers, including the profitability of our models for holiday letting. We ensure that our customers are fully informed about the features, benefits, and pricing of our lodge designs, regardless of their budget or financing preferences.

Ideal Profile

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales in a similar industry and will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. They will be comfortable with meeting new people, travelling to different locations, and building strong relationships with potential customers. It is vital that our sales representatives are comfortable selling a luxury high end product and can explain with confidence the differences between a standard cabin/lodge compared to our own.
