Explore More is a Maldives-based DMC providing tailored holiday experiences through trusted resort partners. We are looking to build long-term relationships with selected independent sales representatives in the UK.

Explore More provides current Maldives resort offers, quotations and booking support, destination knowledge and local assistance, plus marketing materials and sales content.

Target market
The initial focus is the UK consumer market. Representatives will develop their own leads and customer relationships, with particular scope among clients seeking luxury, honeymoon, family and long-haul holidays. An established client network is a strong advantage.
Ideal Profile
We are looking for proactive, self-employed sales partners with travel, holiday, luxury or consultative-sales experience. An existing client network or the ability to introduce B2B travel agencies is a strong advantage.
This is a fully remote, flexible opportunity with no fixed salary. Commission is paid monthly once eligible for payment:
• 30% of gross profit for 1–2 confirmed bookings per month
• 35% for 3–4 confirmed bookings per month
• 40% for 5+ confirmed bookings per month
• 10% of gross profit from qualifying bookings made by new B2B agencies introduced, for 12 months
For example, if a confirmed booking generates USD 1,000 gross profit for Explore More, commission would be USD 300 at the 30% tier, USD 350 at 35%, or USD 400 at 40%, depending on monthly performance.
Sales partners may, subject to Explore More’s pricing guidelines and final approval, upsell above the provided B2B rate to increase the overall markup and their commission.
