You will be selling a full suite of estate planning services to individuals and families, covering every core element of protecting their assets and wishes:
These are considered, meaningful purchases, the average order value is around £2,400, and the product range means there is rarely a client whose needs cannot be met.
Commission is calculated on the net commissionable value of each order (order value, less VAT, less production cost). Self-generated business earns 45% of that commissionable pot; call centre-allocated appointments earn 27%. Honey Lite orders are commissioned at 20% of the total order value. Consultants also share in the 1.95% executorship fee on completion of probate, building a bank of future legal fees over time.
To illustrate: on a self-generated order with an AOV of £2,400, the commissionable pot works out at £1,700, returning a consultant net of £765 on that single transaction. The same order value via a call centre appointment returns a consultant net of £459.
Founded in 2010, Honey Legal now protects over £30 billion of estate value and holds more than 19,500 five-star Trustpilot reviews. A brand that opens doors before you say a word.
Consultants across the network earn £3k, £5k, and £7.5k per month, with top performers exceeding £10k per month and receiving a £1,000 bonus alongside formal recognition.
As you write wills and trusts, you build a bank of future probate fees. Consultants share in the 1.95% executorship fee on completion of each probate, creating income that accumulates over time.
Training runs from online modules and a two-day residential product knowledge workshop through to unlimited free face-to-face and screen-based sessions. You are supported throughout, not just at the start.
Monthly Business Conferences keep you close to company performance and key topics, with optional monthly training courses available to sharpen product knowledge at no extra cost.
This is a direct B2C field sales role. Your clients are individuals and families across England and Wales who need to protect their estates, assets, and wishes through wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related legal planning.
It is a vast and underserved market, the majority of adults in the UK do not have an up-to-date will, and awareness of trusts and LPAs remains low. Every adult with property, savings, or dependants is a potential client.
Initially you will build your own pipeline across your chosen postcode territory. After a qualifying period, call centre-confirmed appointments may be allocated for your area. Consultants in key areas may receive appointments from the outset. Self-generated sales carry no geographic restriction.
You are an experienced field sales professional with at least two years of face-to-face selling behind you and the self-discipline to build your own pipeline from the ground up. Estate planning knowledge is a genuine advantage, but the training programme is thorough enough that it is not a prerequisite.
You will need your own reliable transport, a Windows-compatible laptop (or Mac with a Windows emulator), and the composure to handle sensitive conversations with clients about their legacy and family finances.
There is a structured onboarding process: from paperwork and contracts through to tech setup, online learning modules, field coach walkthroughs, and postcode territory selection, the whole process from registration to being signed off takes a maximum of three weeks.
Mandatory touchpoints include the monthly Business Conference in Coventry on the first Saturday of each month, a two-day residential product knowledge workshop once you are up and running, and occasional ad hoc training sessions. For those who qualify, there are twice-yearly spa weekend incentives and international training seminars.
Getting started requires a £350 joining fee (which covers your branded starter kit, DBS check, software licences, social media setup, the two-day residential workshop including overnight accommodation on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis, and unlimited subsequent training attendance) plus a £50 public liability contribution.
