What You’ll Be Selling

Accessibility Software

Our accessibility platform, Vially Insight, enables organisations to continuously identify, manage and monitor accessibility issues across their digital estate.

Rather than treating accessibility as a one-off audit, organisations can use Vially to build an ongoing accessibility management programme.

Software opportunities can include:

  • Automated accessibility monitoring
  • Accessibility issue management
  • Progress and remediation tracking
  • Manual and automated accessibility results in one platform
  • Accessibility reporting
  • Ongoing monitoring across websites and digital products
  • Supporting accessibility governance across larger organisations

This creates opportunities for recurring SaaS revenue alongside specialist accessibility services.

Accessibility Compliance & Evidence

We help organisations understand and demonstrate their accessibility position to customers, regulators and procurement teams.

Commercial opportunities include:

  • VPAT and Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) preparation
  • Accessibility compliance reports
  • Evidence packages for enterprise procurement
  • Reports and documentation for regulatory bodies
  • Accessibility statements and supporting evidence
  • WCAG and EN 301 549 conformance assessments
  • Accessibility due diligence
  • Supplier and third-party accessibility assessments
  • Support responding to customer accessibility questionnaires and procurement requirements

These services are particularly relevant to technology vendors selling into enterprise or public-sector customers where evidence of accessibility is increasingly required as part of procurement.

Manual Accessibility Auditing

Expert testing of websites, mobile applications, software and other digital products against recognised accessibility standards.

Our work can include:

  • WCAG 2.2 accessibility audits
  • EN 301 549 assessments
  • Web application testing
  • Native iOS and Android testing
  • Assistive technology testing
  • Re-testing and verification
  • Remediation support

Audits frequently create opportunities for ongoing monitoring, consultancy, training and software.

Accessibility Consultancy & Programmes

For organisations that need more than an individual audit, Vially can provide ongoing accessibility support including:

  • Accessibility governance
  • Regulatory readiness
  • Design and development support
  • Procurement support
  • Accessibility requirements
  • Remediation guidance
  • Embedded accessibility expertise
  • Ongoing testing programmes

Training

Accessibility training for:

  • Developers
  • Designers and UX teams
  • Product teams
  • Content teams
  • QA teams
  • Procurement
  • Leadership and governance teams

User Testing

Testing involving people with disabilities and users of assistive technologies to identify real-world barriers that may not be identified through automated or conventional testing.

Vially Accessibility Technology

Our technology helps organisations identify, manage and monitor accessibility issues across their digital products.

Software relationships create opportunities for recurring revenue alongside expert accessibility services.

Benefits

  • Innovative product / service

Vially offers a combination of proprietary accessibility SaaS and specialist accessibility expertise. Sales partners can sell our Insight accessibility platform alongside high-value services including WCAG and EN 301 549 auditing, VPAT/ACR preparation, regulatory compliance reporting, user testing and ongoing accessibility programmes. It’s a growing area driven by regulation, enterprise procurement requirements and increasing expectations around digital accessibility.

  • Recurring commission

Sales partners can earn commission on new business they originate, with recurring commission available for qualifying SaaS customers and ongoing contracts. This gives agents the opportunity to build recurring income from successful accounts rather than relying solely on one-off project sales.

  • Freedom & flexibility

This is a fully independent sales partnership. Agents can work remotely, manage their own schedule and sales approach, and represent complementary non-competing products or services. There are no fixed hours or geographic working requirements. Vially provides technical expertise, demonstrations, scoping and proposal support, allowing the agent to focus on developing relationships and closing opportunities.

Target market

Ideal Customers

Our strongest prospects are generally medium-to-large organisations with significant customer-facing digital services.

Priority sectors include:

  • Financial services
  • Retail and e-commerce
  • SaaS and technology
  • Transport
  • Utilities
  • Telecommunications
  • Professional services
  • Digital agencies
  • Public sector

Good prospects often have large websites or applications, active digital product teams, compliance obligations, enterprise procurement requirements or customers requesting evidence of accessibility.

Who Usually Buys?

Relevant stakeholders can include:

  • Head of Digital
  • Chief Digital Officer
  • Head of Product
  • Product Directors
  • Head of UX / Design
  • Digital Transformation leaders
  • Compliance and Risk teams
  • Procurement
  • CIO / CTO organisations
  • Engineering leadership
  • ESG / DEI / Accessibility teams

You do not need to identify an organisation’s dedicated accessibility specialist to create an opportunity.

Ideal Profile

The opportunity

Vially is looking to build relationships with established independent B2B sales professionals who can introduce our digital accessibility services and technology to organisations in their existing networks.

We are particularly interested in sales partners who already work with enterprise organisations investing in digital transformation, compliance, SaaS, UX, e-commerce or digital services.

Our model is designed so that the sales partner focuses on relationships and commercial development while Vially provides the specialist accessibility expertise required to scope and deliver the work.

How the Sales Process Works

1. Identify

You identify an organisation where Vially’s services could be relevant.

2. Qualify

Establish the organisation’s requirement and identify the appropriate stakeholders.

3. Introduce

Introduce Vially and arrange an initial conversation.

For introduction-only partners, Vially can take over the opportunity from this point.

4. Discovery

A Vially accessibility specialist can join the conversation to understand the customer’s technical and accessibility requirements.

5. Scope

Vially develops the appropriate scope, technical approach and pricing.

6. Close

Depending on the agreed sales-partner model, Vially can manage the remaining process or work alongside you through commercial negotiations and close.

7. Deliver

Vially’s team delivers the project or service.

The sales partner is not responsible for accessibility delivery.

What We’re Looking For

The strongest fit is likely to be an independent salesperson who already represents complementary, non-competing services.

For example, someone already selling:

  • SaaS
  • Cybersecurity
  • Digital transformation
  • Compliance services
  • Software development
  • UX / digital design services
  • Testing / QA services
  • IT consultancy
  • Governance and risk services

We are particularly interested in partners who can demonstrate an existing network rather than relying entirely on cold prospecting.

What We’d Like to Know About You

Before agreeing a partnership, we’d like to understand:

  • The sectors you currently work in
  • The types of organisations you sell to
  • The decision-makers you typically work with
  • Other products or services you currently represent
  • Your approach to generating new business
  • Whether you prefer introductions or managing the wider sales cycle
  • Your geographic coverage
  • Any existing relationships where you believe accessibility could be relevant

The objective is to establish whether Vially naturally complements your existing portfolio and customer relationships.

Indicative Commission Structure

We recognise that different independent sales partners prefer different levels of involvement.

Qualified Introduction

Indicatively 10% of new business

Suitable where you originate and qualify the opportunity and introduce Vially to the relevant decision-maker, with Vially subsequently managing the sales process.

Actively Developed Opportunity

Indicatively 15–20% of new business

Suitable where you originate the opportunity and remain actively involved in developing the commercial relationship through the sales process.

SaaS Accounts

For software customers originated by a sales partner, Vially is open to agreeing an ongoing commission arrangement.

An indicative model could include commission on first-year contract revenue plus a smaller percentage of subsequent renewal revenue.

The exact structure will be agreed before sales activity begins.

Example Earning Potential

The following examples illustrate how the model could work rather than representing guaranteed contract values.

£10,000 services engagement

10% introduction commission = £1,000

15% active sales commission = £1,500

20% active sales commission = £2,000

£30,000 engagement

10% introduction commission = £3,000

15% active sales commission = £4,500

20% active sales commission = £6,000

£50,000 engagement

10% introduction commission = £5,000

15% active sales commission = £7,500

20% active sales commission = £10,000

Larger ongoing relationships may combine accessibility services and software, creating additional revenue opportunities.

What Vially Provides

You will not be expected to become an accessibility consultant.

Vially can provide:

  • Initial product and accessibility training
  • Sales collateral
  • Case studies
  • Software demonstrations
  • Technical discovery support
  • Accessibility specialists for client meetings
  • Scoping and pricing
  • Proposal preparation
  • Regulatory and standards expertise
  • Delivery of all accessibility work

Our aim is to make it straightforward for someone with strong commercial relationships to introduce accessibility without needing deep technical expertise themselves.
