TRIO Digital Agency helps UK businesses grow with clearer, more focused marketing — built around one framework: Attract, Engage, Convert, Grow.

We’re looking for a commission-only sales partner to bring us new clients across our core services: SEO, PPC, and full-service marketing packages.

You’ll be speaking to UK SME owners and marketing decision-makers who want more leads and clearer marketing without hiring in-house.

Commission: 30% of the first month’s fee, then 10% of every month after that for the next 11 months — for as long as the client stays on. On a real example: a full package client (£5,000/month) is worth around £7,000 in commission across the first year alone. An SEO client (£1,500/month) is worth around £2,100; a PPC client (£500–£1,500/month) is worth £700–£2,100. Paid monthly, in line with when we invoice the client.

What we provide: case studies and sales collateral ready to send, and a proper onboarding call on how we pitch and price before you start.

We’re happy for you to represent other, non-competing products or services alongside this — we’d rather work with an experienced agent building a portfolio than fill a slot.

    Yes — this is central to the offer. Every client an agent signs pays 10% recurring commission every month for 11 months after the first month, for as long as that client stays with us. That means income isn't reset with each new sale — it stacks. An agent who signs a handful of clients over their first few months is earning recurring commission on all of them simultaneously, not just the one they closed most recently. On a full-package client (£5,000/month), that's roughly £500/month in recurring commission from that one account alone, on top of whatever else they've signed.

    Yes. Agents get case studies and one-pagers ready to send to prospects, plus a proper onboarding call before they start, covering how we pitch our services and price each one. We don't currently supply pre-qualified leads — this is an outreach-driven role — so we're upfront about that rather than overselling it.

Target market

UK small and medium-sized businesses who want more leads and clearer marketing but don’t have the budget or need for an in-house marketing team. We work across sectors — the common thread is a business owner or marketing decision-maker who knows they need to invest in SEO, paid advertising, or a joined-up marketing strategy, but hasn’t found the right partner yet.

Ideal Profile

We’re looking for someone comfortable with B2B outreach and relationship-building — agency or marketing-services sales experience is a plus but not essential, since we provide a proper onboarding on how we pitch and price. This suits an experienced commission-only agent building a portfolio of accounts: the commission structure is weighted toward recurring income rather than one-off payouts, so early signings keep paying out monthly for a year. We’re also happy for agents to represent other, non-competing products or services alongside this — we’re looking for a partner, not filling a slot.
