Write Arm is a flexible, multilingual writing resource for marketers. We work with in-house marketing teams and with marketing agencies of all stripes, providing them with the writers they need, when they need them. We are, in effect, a one-stop shop that’s open 24/7 and we can scale up or down depending on the size of the project.
Why do clients like us?
- We provide written content at scale in all major languages – saving them a lot of time and money. We can work on very short turnaround times and at short notice.
- As we have a huge pool of freelancers, rather than a small in-house team, we can provide writers who meet their needs and budgets, rather than whoever is available in-house.
- Unlike online content providers, we provide bespoke account/project management.
- We don’t work on a retainer basis (though are happy to, if clients would prefer) and can scale up and down at short notice in line with client need.
- We only use experienced, good quality writers. By contrast, the quality delivered by online providers can, according to some of our clients, be patchy.
- Unlike content marketing agencies, we offer content only, rather than content and marketing. These agencies are happy to use us because we’re not in competition, while direct clients who want content like us because we cost less than content marketing agencies.
- If a project requires a particular expertise that is not covered by our existing pool, we will go and find the right person for them, at no charge.

- Large marketing and advertising agencies that regularly need to outsource copywriting and want a reliable partner instead of having to manage a bank of freelancers. Typical target personas are heads of client services, client services managers, heads of operations, heads of resourcing, resource managers, traffic managers.
