As a Commission-Only Sales Representative with an Exclusive Territory, you will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding bars, clubs and alternative venues, to the Quikin.vip’s platform. With your exclusive territory, you’ll have a unique opportunity to dominate a specific region, with the potential for high earnings based on performance and commission from each successful venue sign-up.

You will be provided with sales leads consisting of venues that have not yet been contacted. Your role will involve reaching out to these venues, introducing them to Quikin, and working to secure their sign-up as partners.

Qualifications:
– **Proven Sales Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality, tech, or app-related industries. Prior experience with commission-only roles is a plus.
– **Strong Communication Skills:** You must be confident and persuasive in your communication, both verbally and in writing. You should feel comfortable presenting to business owners and decision-makers.
– **Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented:** You’re driven by targets and motivated by the potential to earn commissions. You thrive working independently and can take initiative to build your own success.
– **Organizational Skills:** Ability to manage your sales pipeline, track leads, and follow up effectively. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
– **Tech-Savvy:** Comfortable using digital tools, CRM platforms, email, and other sales tools to manage your activities and track results.
– **Relationship-Builder:** Ability to create lasting, meaningful relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
– **Territory Knowledge:** Ideally, you are familiar with the local business landscape in your exclusive territory and understand the needs of venues within your region.
