Sales agents will represent CHILL TEA TOKYO’s premium Japanese teas and Matcha, with opportunities across retail, hospitality, cafés, restaurants, hotels, corporate gifting, wellness, and lifestyle businesses.

CHILL TEA TOKYO products are designed to be both premium and approachable, making them suitable for everyday retail sales, hospitality menus, and high-value gifting opportunities!
This role is fully commission-based, offering 10% commission per sale with no cap.
You will receive structured training on our brand, products, and positioning, along with practical sales enablement support, including pitch materials, messaging, and ongoing guidance to help you succeed.
A £1,000 one-off First Sale Bonus will be paid once your commissionable net sales from newly introduced accounts reach £8,000 (excluding VAT)
We are targeting premium retail, hospitality, cafés, restaurants, hotels, corporate gifting, wellness, lifestyle, and selected distribution channels across the UK, with potential for international opportunities.

We are looking for sales agents who already have relevant relationships in these sectors, or who are confident opening doors with buyers, business owners, venue managers, and corporate decision-makers.
The strongest opportunities are expected to come from accounts with repeat-order potential, including hospitality supply, wholesale retail, corporate gifting, and seasonal gifting campaigns.
We are looking for sales agents and commercial partners with strong connections in premium retail, hospitality, cafés, restaurants, hotels, corporate gifting, wellness, lifestyle, or luxury sectors.
