With single units costing £2,000 to 4,000 even a small abattoir represents a total sale value of around £95k. Since agents will earn a generous commission of 15% of total sales value, this is the fillet mignon of opportunities for agents who understand the needs of the meat industry.



The Econoliser range represents a unique and radical improvement over the immersion-type sterilisers that are widely used in most meat plants.

These sterilisers typically use between 1 – 3 litres per minute of 90°C potable water for up to 11 hours per kill day. Because the Econolisers only use water each time a carcass passes the workstation, drastic water savings of around 90% are not uncommon, while some plants may achieve even greater savings.

A meat plant killing 300 cattle per day can save around 55 -65 M³ of 90°C water every day of production.
