Sales by face to face presentation are ideal for this product, which can also be sold by telesales, so we are ideally looking for field sales agents and will also consider telesales sellers.

Let’s keep it simple: we’re searching for a Sales Manager to get our stations installed in as many locations as possible. Joos is already the leader in charging across the retail sector with numerous shopping centres installed. However, in this highly varied role, you’ll be using your commercial acumen and emotional intelligence to consultatively sell our service and additional features to a range of potential clients.

Target market

Due to the nature of our business, you could be speaking to a bar chain in the morning, a hotel manager at lunch and a pub landlord in the afternoon, making for an exciting and ever-changing role!

We’re looking for talented experienced sales managers to eventually build out their own face-to-face sales team convincing venues such as bars & pubs to take our free charging stations which provide them with numerous benefits.


Our stations are completely free for the venues so if you are a skilled sales professional commissions are expected to be very high.

  • Meeting our weekly targets could net you between £500 – £750 per week.

Ideal Sales Agents

We’re looking for a bright and ambitious salesperson with 2-5 years’ experience to join our exciting, young tech company. This is an exceptional product for sales agents selling face to face and can also be sold via telesales.

This is a fantastic opportunity to have an influence on how our business develops as we continue to grow – working with a variety of high-profile leads, implementing some fresh ideas and having tonnes of responsibility from day one.  Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing your own end-to-end pipeline: opening leads through to closing deals and everything else in between.
  • Develop our sales strategy with our Head of Business Development.
  • Bring on-board key venues; via face-to-face sales and online follow up to convert chains.
  • Account management to ensure our clients are happy & gain referrals.
  • Work with the operations team to manage forecasts, tracking and reporting.
  • Conducting in-person demo meetings across the UK.
  • Taking a lead on team and sales strategy
  • Assisting with ongoing training and mentoring of future team members, identifying areas of development and providing support and feedback.
