As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by selling job ads in our cutting-edge search engine. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record of sales success.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by selling job ads in our search engine.
- Utilize existing candidate sourcing for larger corporations to facilitate easier sales pitches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving sales environment.
- Familiarity with the recruitment or job advertising industry is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary with commission-based earnings.
- Sales agents or teams can earn monthly between $8,000 and $40,000, depending on performance.
- Additional bonuses and incentives for exceeding KPIs.
