We are excited to be looking for a telesales consultant to further the company aim of training as many people as possible in the UK to become Mental Health First Aiders. We currently work with some of the largest companies in the UK and am looking to expand our core offering on a wider spectrum. Being a Mental Health First Aider is very prevalent currently and companies are looking to have staff trained to help support others within the workplace. We offer a 2 day fully accredited course and are receiving excellent feedback. Having over 24 years’ experience in training all levels of personnel and being accredited through MHFA England makes the proposition very attractive to any company or individual. Courses are available both face to face and online. Commission is straight forward and paid on every person you book onto the course. Any salesperson is welcome to attend the course free of charge to understand what the course covers.

We have trained in mental health services for 5 years offering training courses for managers and mental health first aiders. Working with some of the top automotive and construction companies.
Excellent commission terms
We are offereing £50 commission per sale of a training course place. There are 16 delegates maximum per course giving you the eraning opportunity to earn £800 for every course you fill. The course is a 2 day course so if you were to fill 2 coures per week, this would earn you £1600 per week. The course is training people to become accredited Mental Health First Aiders through Mental Health First Aid England.
Recurring commission
Many companies will have a lot more than 16 delegates that they wish to put through the course. If this is ongoing, you can earn money from the comnpany for booking additional places without having to further sell.
Target market
The opportunities are vast because the proposition is not limited to any specific sector. You will be targeting companies with the aim to book multiple delegates. One sale of 16 delegates would be £800.
