Products

We sell software deals on monthly or annual contract. Customs benefit from productivity improvements and managing compliance issues. This includes features (https://www.exabler.com/pricing) for running trade. For larger deals (enterprise), we sell additional services – like API design and build, support and onboarding.

Sales are consultative, can involve pilots or trials which helps build confidence and sales velocity. Some traders start as self-service and this provides a lead generation pipeline to upsell.

Problem & benefit

A typical scenarios is automation for shipping departments. Teams deal in documentation, manage freight forwarders and customs brokers, pay duties and taxes, ensure compliance to trading regulations. Exabler automates many of these day-to-day actitivies and introduce a strong collaborative element to working with shipping department’s suppliers and employees. Target market

In short, any business that moves goods across borders. It might not necessarily be an export sale or import purchase, but may be an internal movement intra-company, e.g. an HQ to sub or between subs.

We sell to both shipping departments and their suppliers (e.g. freight forwarders, customs broker or others). Purchasing/supply chain departments carry out imports and can equally use Exabler to manage operations and compliance, which are sometime even more complex due to managing import regulations.

ICP and business personas

Key buyers are heads of departments (e.g. customs, shipping, export sales) but also managing directors, financial directors, commercial directors, and supply chain directors, depending on business size.

Our clients come from chemicals, food, FMCG, building/construction products, pharmaceuticals, energy, automative etc. Target business size is 50+ people / £10M turnover, all the way to major enterprieses (where we sell to smaller units).

We are looking for talented sales practitioners who are well connected to our target markets in the UK and beyond.

Ideally we would like demonstrative and proven skills is B2B software sales and familiarity the business problems we solve. We have options for those agents know our target industries well and we believe they are positioned to be successful too, with our support.

We will set you up for long term success

We support with marketing and sales collateral. Whilst an online demo is a core part of our process – we have a library of pre-recorded and tracked videos; brochures & thoughtware, business case templates and we actively support throughout your first sale.

You will have an opportunity to work directly with talented founders who are genuinely solving issues for our UK importers and exports. Learn about supply chains and the issues these face as the world changes.

As the business grows we’re looking for first-in-the-door sales leaders, interested in international expansion. One businesses’ export is anothers’ import, we are already international – it’s our DNA.

The numbers

We target annual contract values of £10K+ (we will demonstrate how this achievable through our pricing models)

25% commission first year sales, 10% second year, final 5% third year (our product is built and we have lost no customers in 3 years operations), for fast sales of less than 3 month – we will pay a £500 bonus.
