Independent Sales Agents – Sports Hospitality, Events & Travel – 25% of Booking Profit

Ideal Profile

We are seeking confident, professional independent sales agents who can source their own customers and manage the sales process through to a completed booking. Experience in sports hospitality, events, travel or relationship-led sales would be valuable, particularly where you have an established corporate network, relationships with high-net-worth individuals, or a relevant private client base.

You will identify prospective customers, understand their requirements, liaise with YGT to obtain confirmed availability and pricing, follow up enquiries and close sales. All bookings and customer payments must follow YGT’s approved booking process through Protected Trust Services (PTS).

Earn 25% commission on the booking profit from completed sales that you source and close. Commissionable booking profit is customer revenue received less supplier costs and directly attributable booking and payment fees, calculated before your commission. General business overheads are not deducted from this calculation. For illustration, £200 of commissionable booking profit generates £50 commission; actual earnings depend on the bookings completed and their margins.

This is a self-employed, commission-only opportunity with no basic salary or guaranteed earnings. Commission payment timing, the definition of a completed sale, and cancellation and refund arrangements will be set out in the written agent agreement before engagement.
