Agents will sell Swapste subscriptions to hospitality venues. The platform covers rota creation and recurring shifts, staff cover and swaps, holidays/time off, clock-in/out and attendance, manager corrections, payroll-ready hours and Smart Labour planning. Smart Labour helps venues compare expected sales and wage budgets with actual labour performance. Single-venue pricing is £24.99/month, with lower per-venue rates for multi-site operators. The first 30 days are free and Swapste handles onboarding, first rota setup, training and support.

Agents receive 35% of collected subscription revenue for the first 12 months from every customer they originate. There is no commission cap, and multi-site customers can generate significantly more commission than a single venue sale
Commission is paid on recurring subscription revenue for the first 12 months of each customer relationship. As agents build a portfolio of active Swapste customers, monthly commission can build alongside it.
Full product training will be provided directly by the founder, including product demonstrations, pricing, common hospitality pain points and how to position Swapste. Ongoing support will be available for questions, demos and customer conversations.
Agents will have access to the Swapste website, product screenshots, demo material, feature information, pricing and genuine customer feedback. Swapste will handle onboarding, initial setup, training and ongoing product support for customers.

Independent and small/mid-size hospitality operators across the UK, initially with particular focus on Greater Manchester and the North West. Ideal customers are pubs, bars, restaurants and cafés with roughly 8–60 shift-based employees and 1–5 venues, where the owner, GM or operations manager is still actively dealing with rotas, sickness, shift cover, holidays, attendance and labour cost. Multi-site groups are also attractive because Swapste offers discounted per-venue pricing
We are looking for self-employed sales agents who already have relationships within pubs, restaurants, bars, hospitality technology or related supplier networks. The strongest candidates may currently sell EPOS, payments, payroll, accountancy, recruitment, drinks, insurance or other services into hospitality and want a complementary SaaS product to add to their portfolio. This is a non-exclusive opportunity with no territory lock-in initially. Swapste handles product onboarding, implementation, training and customer support, allowing the agent to focus on introductions, demonstrations and closing business. Commission proposed at 35% of collected subscription revenue for the first 12 months for every customer originated by the agent, with no cap.
