Products

The successful agent will introduce and develop opportunities for:

  • End-to-end data platform and lakehouse design and implementation
  • New Microsoft Fabric, Azure and Databricks platforms built from scratch
  • Modernisation of existing data warehouses, lakes and legacy platforms
  • Data Trust and AI Readiness Assessments
  • Data governance, lineage and data-quality services
  • LakeLogic’s Data Trust Platform
  • Design-partner and proof-of-concept engagements

Prospects do not need an existing lakehouse or mature data platform. LakeLogic can design and build the complete solution from the ground up, then provide the governance, quality and operational controls needed to make it trusted and AI-ready.

Initial engagements typically range from £10,000 to £100,000, with the potential to develop into larger implementation programmes and recurring software subscriptions.

LakeLogic’s founders conduct technical discovery, demonstrations, architecture, proposals and delivery. The agent is not expected to answer detailed technical questions independently

Benefits

  • Innovative product / service

LakeLogic combines two services that organisations normally obtain separately: expert delivery of modern data platforms and a Data Trust Platform that provides continuous governance, lineage, data-quality monitoring, ownership and AI-assisted remediation. We can build a complete Microsoft Fabric, Azure or Databricks lakehouse from scratch, modernise an existing data estate, or deploy LakeLogic over a customer’s current platform. Our key sales message is simple: we help organisations create trusted, governed and AI-ready data platforms—then provide the controls and evidence needed to keep them reliable. Unlike conventional consultancies that complete a platform build and leave, LakeLogic provides ongoing operational visibility and governance. Unlike standalone software vendors, we can design and deliver the underlying data platform as well as supply the technology that governs it.

  • Excellent commission terms

Agents receive 15% of collected consulting and implementation revenue and 30% of collected first-year SaaS revenue. They also receive 10% recurring commission on SaaS renewals from customers they introduce. These terms have been deliberately pushed beyond conventional enterprise-software commission rates because LakeLogic wants to build long-term relationships with capable sales partners who can open significant opportunities. Earnings are uncapped, and agents generating more than £150,000 in collected annual revenue can qualify for an additional performance accelerator. An agent generating £100,000 annually could earn approximately £15,000–£30,000, depending on the revenue mix. At £250,000, earnings could reach approximately £37,500–£75,000, plus recurring renewal commission from the customer portfolio they build. A single £100,000 consulting engagement would generate £15,000 commission. A £60,000 first-year software subscription would generate £18,000, followed by £6,000 for each qualifying renewal year.

  • Recurring commission

Agents receive 10% recurring commission on SaaS renewals from customers they introduce. This allows them to build a valuable portfolio of customers that continues producing income after the initial sale. Agents can also earn commission when introduced customers purchase additional consulting, implementation, platform expansion or new subscriptions. An initial assessment may therefore lead to implementation revenue, first-year software commission and continuing renewal income. The agent’s earning opportunity is designed around the complete lifetime value of the relationship—not just the first transaction. One safeguard: calculate commission on revenue actually collected, excluding VAT, refunds, cloud consumption, third-party licences and other pass-through costs. Those details belong in the eventual agency agreement, not the advertisement. I would also have that agreement legally reviewed because UK commercial-agent arrangements can create rights on termination.
