Qualita is a UK-based furniture supplier backed by our own factory in Lithuania and a curated network of trusted partner manufacturers — so we both make furniture to order and bring in complementary ranges, offering a complete package from a single point of contact.
Our track record is built in domestic retail, where we supply some of the UK’s best-known names — including NEXT, John Lewis, Heal’s, DFS and many others — with quality dining, cabinet and occasional furniture across solid wood, veneers and engineered panels (MFC, HPL, plywood).
We have already delivered a number of contract projects, and the contract market is where we now want to grow. That is why we are building a network of independent contract sales agents to help us open doors across hospitality, care and senior living, restaurants and bars, and commercial and leisure interiors.
We compete on quality, reliability, made-to-order flexibility and dependable EU lead times — and on price too, where the comparison is like-for-like. If you have established relationships with contract buyers, procurement firms, interior designers or fit-out contractors, we would like to hear from you.

Loose contract furniture (FF&E) for the hospitality, care and commercial sectors — our own made-to-order production combined with complementary ranges from trusted partner manufacturers, supplied as a single package from one point of contact. The range includes:
We're an established manufacturer with over 20 years' trading history. Our own furniture factory in Lithuania has operated since 2003, generating around €18 million in annual turnover and employing approximately 200 people, and our UK trade and distribution arm, Qualita, has traded since 2008. We supply some of the UK's best-known retailers and brands — including NEXT, John Lewis, Heal's and DFS — so agents represent a proven, financially solid principal, not a start-up.
Independent commission agents are central to how we already go to market. Our UK, German, Swedish and Benelux sales are delivered largely through a network of self-employed agents, several of whom have represented us for years and built substantial, long-running account books with strong recurring commission. We understand the agency model, we back our agents properly, and we have a track record of relationships that last.
We keep our support practical and responsive rather than running a formal upfront training course. At the outset we'll brief you clearly on what we can and can't do — our capabilities, materials and finishes, lead times, and examples of projects we've already completed — so you know exactly where we fit and where we don't. From there, our real strength is support on demand: we're quickly available whenever you need answers on a live enquiry, and we'll gladly join you on customer visits to bring first-hand product and technical knowledge to the table, right there and then, exactly when it's needed to move a project forward.
We won't pretend to have a shelf of glossy catalogues and brochures — what we have today is a strong library of images and examples of past jobs. What we do offer is a real willingness to produce whatever a specific project needs: we'll create images and visuals, make up physical samples on demand, arrange factory visits for you or your customer, and put together whatever supporting material helps win the work. It's practical, made-to-order support — the same way we make the furniture.
We're happy to offer exclusivity — but defined sensibly and by agreement. Rather than a blanket claim over a whole region simply because an agent is based there, we define exclusivity around where you genuinely add value: the accounts, channels and target lists you actively hold or are developing, supported by a clear rationale and plan. Defined this way, exclusivity protects your effort and rewards real coverage — and it can expand as you build the territory with us.
This is an independent, commission-based role — you manage your own time, territory and approach, with no fixed hours or reporting overhead. You build and own your account relationships, backed by the full weight of our factory and UK operation behind you.
We sell to the contract / FF&E market — the buyers and specifiers who furnish commercial spaces at volume, not individual consumers. Our focus sectors are:
We supply both new-build fit-outs and refurbishment/renovation projects, from mid-market to upscale.
We reach these projects through several channels, and we value agents with established relationships in any of them: FF&E procurement and purchasing firms, interior designers and FF&E specifiers, fit-out and refurbishment contractors, and operators’ or developers’ own procurement teams.
We are looking for experienced, well-connected independent contract sales agents who already operate in the contract furniture / FF&E arena and have live relationships with the people who specify and buy it — procurement and purchasing firms, interior designers and specifiers, fit-out and refurbishment contractors, and hospitality, care and commercial operators. Ideally you already carry complementary, non-competing contract lines and want to add a strong furniture offer to your portfolio. You’re self-motivated, professional, and comfortable managing an opportunity from first enquiry through to order.
Why this opportunity is attractive:
