Power Careers offers 15% commission on qualifying recruitment business generated from an agent’s introduced clients. Commission applies to qualifying temporary recruitment gross margin and permanent placement fees received by Power Careers, in accordance with the written agent agreement. Agents are not required to manage candidate sourcing, compliance, payroll, worker supervision, client credit control or recruitment delivery.
Temporary recruitment can generate repeat weekly revenue from the same introduced client. Commission becomes payable once the relevant client invoices have been paid and remains subject to the written commission terms.

Power Careers can provide targeted prospect lists and sector guidance covering construction, trades, haulage, transport, logistics, warehousing and distribution businesses. These will primarily be outbound prospecting opportunities rather than pre-qualified inbound leads. Agents may also use their own contacts, networks and prospecting methods, provided activity is professional, compliant and properly recorded.
This is a flexible, self-employed opportunity for experienced B2B sales agents and appointment setters. Agents can work remotely and manage their own prospecting schedule. Applicants may focus on Construction & Trades, Transport & Logistics, or both sectors, depending on their experience and agreed area of responsibility. There are no fixed working hours, although agents must maintain consistent activity, accurate records and reasonable availability for opportunity handovers and pipeline reviews.
