We pride ourselves on excellent service, as well as saving our customers time and money – all whilst not compromising on quality. With in-house embroidery and printing machines, our turnaround times are second to none and we retain complete quality control instead of relying on third parties to deliver on our promises.

With over 22 years in the industry, we have a strong brand presence and customer base both locally and nationally, and we are looking to build upon this. If you are a self-employed, ambitious sales agent, there is huge scope to succeed.

Products

From uniform, workwear and PPE through to mugs, pens and USB’s, there are thousands of branded products that we can offer to a huge variety of industries.

Target market

Our target customer markets are virtually every business in the UK due to the range of products that we sell, giving B2B sales agents a huge range of prospects to approach. Not only are you able to sell to companies, you would also be able to sell to sports clubs, your friends and family for events such as hen nights, stag nights and the list goes on.

If someone needs something embroidered, printed, engraved, embossed or stamped we can help and now so can you.

Ideal Profile

We are looking for someone that feels they have a strong sales ethic, who can hit the ground running and help to grow the business and their customer base in both existing and new markets. You’ll be proactive, a strong communicator and hungry for your own personal success as well as that of the business.

You will be scouring the market for potential customers, confident in making calls and knocking on doors, and adept at using sales tools such as Linked In to build your network. All of this whilst having enough self-awareness to know when you need to draw back from being too pushy with a customer, and equally know when you can push that little bit more to get through the door.

It is of utmost importance to us that you represent our business professionally whilst working for us. You will have a full briefing on the company to give a solid understanding of who we are and what we do, and you will be tasked with developing the sales strategy which will be yours to own and implement. You will be responsible for delivering the sales strategy end to end and must manage your time accordingly.

Key Tasks

In order to develop a strong pipeline of opportunities for the business, the role will involve (but not be limited to):

  • Identifying new opportunities through active targeting which will call upon a variety of sales techniques, from web-based research, through to cold calling and face to face appointments
  • Present concepts and quotations to the customer whilst ensuring the accuracy of your work, converting pipeline opportunities into confirmed sales
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times, including timely and proactive communication (email and telephone)
  • Ensuring that the senior team are kept fully up to date on activity/performance and to provide monthly reporting on pipeline activity and performance against KPI’s
  • Where appropriate, maintain a good knowledge and awareness of our key products to enable an educated conversation
  • Attend networking opportunities and be able to converse with potential customers

Our requirements

To be successful in this role:

  • You will be a confident self-starter that has the ambition to succeed and grow.
  • You will have a background in sales and operate in an ethical manner at all times.
  • You are presentable and professional, ready to represent the business in the best possible way.
  • You are comfortable with delivering to monthly targets and have the voice to raise a concern if any targets are not going to be met.
  • You possess the ability to understand new concepts quickly and determine opportunities that are right for our business.
  • You work well both independently and as part of a team. Whilst this is an autonomous role, we are a small team who all contribute and work together.
  • You will be capable of developing and maintaining a report to give the business visibility of the pipeline.
  • You will be a good listener that retains critical information, not only whilst you are learning the business, but when you are speaking with new and existing customers about their requirements.
  • You are IT literate and can use the standard Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and possess excellent written/verbal communication, presentation and planning skills
  • You will need a driving licence and access to your own vehicle, which must be kept insured, the MOT (if required) up to date, the vehicle kept presentable and legal at all times.
