The PIPE Company is focused on European University technology transfer, R&D/IP. We help researchers, academics and universities commercialise their ideas and innovations via the PIPE Platform and Lab to IPO Pathway and fund them via the PIPE General Fund (PGF Launchpad. We are now looking to grow our ‘go to market’ network to include Sales Agents and Franchisees.

We are looking for sales agents to promote the PIPE Platform to independent sales agents and/or franchisees.
Sales Agents will work in partnership with PIPE to promote the PIPE Platform to universities and researchers – the benefits of which can be sen here: https://www.thepipecompany.co.uk/associates-affiliates
We are also looking to grow a franchisee network across the EU – the benefit of which can be sen here: https://www.thepipecompany.co.uk/franchise
Sales Agents and Franchisees will sell access to the PIPE Platform and Lab to IPO Pathway as well as the potential for projects to receive investment of up to €2m.
EU university technology transfer is poorly serviced currently, under funded and poorly executed. The PIPE Platform addresses what is referred to as the European Paradox and makes the commercialisation of very early stage university derived R&D/IP easier, faster and much more effective.
We pay 20% of client revenues up to and including investment for sales agents and 50% of client revenues for franchisees.
Once a sales agent closes a particular university client, all opportunity derived from the university for a minimum of 12-months after the first sale is registered to the sales agent. Therefore, if a particular university client takes 6-months to close, the next 12-months of invoiced revenue will generate commission.
Subject to the geographical area of focus for the sales agent, we will provide contact details of the university and key technology transfer people to engage.
Sales agents will have access to all sales collateral and new collateral can be developed specifically on request. You will be supported on calls and meetings by PIPE directors where required.
You can secure a specific geographical area or group of universities to focus on.
We do not expect 9-5 and 8 hour shifts, we expect you to drive results in your own time and in your own way and be rewarded accordingly.
