We are most prominently known for our award-winning R&D Tax Credit service that allows companies to claim back a % of their annual spend on innovative projects as tax relief or a cash payment from HMRC. In addition to this, we help companies to source and apply for grant funding which many businesses actively seek.
Once we have exhausted tax incentives and grant funding opportunities, we then discuss our range of finance products which can be as simple as start up loans, right through to invoice finance or foreign exchange for companies trading currencies.~
You will have a comprehensive range of financial services to present to businesses in any sector. Agents do not require in depth financial knowledge, we are looking for introductions which we then close for you. All you need are B2B connections and the ability to contact decision makers. Counting King have a great opportunity for sales agents with B2B experience and contacts.
Get up to 20% commission recurring on introductions that we close for you on our R&D Tax Credit service, £350 for every client who signs up for us to write their grant applications or regular commissions from Foreign Exchange services every time a client makes a trade.

Counting King will search and apply for relevant grant funding for potential clients and draft and submit the lengthy application.

Borrowing sums of money for a variety of reasons from any one of the lenders on our panel.
Asset Finance:
Funding source to buy vehicles, forklift trucks, machinery etc. Ability to refinance existing deals as well.
Invoice Finance:
Clients can borrow money against the invoices they issue monthly to assist with cashflow.
Foreign Exchange:
Clients who pay for resources, materials or labour in alternative currencies via their bank can use Counting Kings FX platform to trade at a fraction of the cost their bank would offer.
As an agent working with us, you will be able to offer Financials Services including Invoice Finance – Asset Finance – Business Finance – Bridging Loans and Commercial Mortgages. We have a wide panel of lenders so we can get the best deal for our clients regardless of circumstances.
We can also provide Grant Finding and Grant Writing Services. Business Rates service, HMRC Enquiries and we offer a service that will defend Research & Development claims if challenged by HMRC. We are looking for partners that can introduce us to MD’s or FD’s of limited companies.

Innovative product / service

Excellent commission terms
Average commission to referral partners for R&D Tax Credits is £1600 and we pay referral partners with 7 days of us receiving payment. You can also monitor all referrals via our handy portal and mobile app.
Recurring commission
Recurring income, every year the client uses our R&D Tax Credit service, you receive a commission. Every time a client uses our Foreign Exchange Service, you receive a commission.
Sales and marketing support
We provide all marketing material to supply to potential clients on all of our services.
