The VA Team is in the UK and has operated since 2013. We have supported small businesses across the UK with our affordable, reliable customer Virtual Assistant and Call Answering services.

We’re seeking an enthusiastic sales professional to source and open dialogue with new clients for a straightforward, affordable telephone answering service. We offer call packages of support, from 100 calls to 1000 calls.

We charge our clients a fixed monthly fee, and if they go over the agreed number of calls, we will charge them per call handled. We then send the messages to our clients, allowing them to avoid interruptions and distractions from whatever task they may be working on.

Clients typically spend £150 to £2,000 a month on the service, saving the cost of having an in-house solution.

Our services are designed to enhance operational efficiency, boost customer satisfaction, and support our customers in maintaining seamless communication.
