TG Consulting was established in 2018 by a team of directors with extensive knowledge of the surveying and lead generation industry.
Specialising in surveying and marketing campaigns for a wide range of clients, we have a depth of experience in engaging with the relevant audiences through diverse campaigns. By combining social media and field sales activity we achieve excellent results for our clients.
We operate in many different markets from energy-saving, building, through to compensation claims. Our biggest current project is focused on Japanese knotweed claims and we now have outstanding opportunities for sales agents to partner with us on this campaign.
We are offering:
This is an opportunity to join a successful business with a large target market and an excellent reward package.
Currently, TG Consulting works with some of the top UK law firms to help get justice on a no-win-no-fee basis for homeowners and business owners who are being affected by Japanese Knotweed causing damage or just financial loss.
Our field agents are required to identify Japanese Knotweed on client’s land and generate leads by searching areas where the invasive plant typically grows.
This will enable agents to sign up new clients to start a no-win-no-fee claims legal case against the owner of the land where the knotweed has spread from. We offer full training and support from our management team to ease you into the role.
It is against the law to allow Japanese Knotweed to grow out of control and spread to someone else’s land. We will aim to get the following implemented at no cost to the customer:
A 5-year treatment plan with a 10-year insurance backed guarantee by a Property Care Association approved contractor with many years’ experience.
An assessment of the property by RICS chartered surveyor to establish if there are any serious hidden structural issues or if the knotweed has caused any damage.
Compensation for the devaluation of the property and any damage the infestation has caused. Clients could be entitled to compensation of between £10,000 and £25,000.
The extent of the knotweed problem and the target market is larger than you may think:
Homeowners and businesses with premises that are experiencing problems with the invasive plant. Properties near railway lines, current or disused, where Japanese Knotweed has grown and invaded adjoining land. Properties near canals and watercourses or council housing association land where Japanese Knotweed is growing.
Any property where Japanese Knotweed has caused structural problems, devalued the property, or impacted the client’s use of the land.

This role is not a traditional sales role, it’s an exciting, interesting, and enjoyable role where every day is different. The role will be commission based with a weekly retainer and the opportunity to earn large commissions.
Commission rates:
Each agent should be able to achieve 20 cases per month as a minimum, this would generate commission payments of between £4200 and £4800.
For committed individuals, it is anticipated monthly commission payments in excess of £7000 are achievable.
There is a nationwide problem with Japanese Knotweed and your role will be to help the people suffering its effects. People are struggling to sell properties because of the weed being present or they may just not be getting the enjoyment out of their garden due to the nuisance of the plant. Once you are able to identify the plant it’s surprising how many properties you will notice are affected.
