Sales Type: Telesales (sales closed over the phone) is a philanthropic gaming portal with a unique philanthropic partnership program. We are sharing our profits between our partners and charities to create millions of sustainable incomes for people and businesses in 190 countries.

Our mission is to bridge this gap and create a symbiotic relationship that maximises the potential for charitable giving, community impact and partnered revenue.

The service we offer to our clients is completely free and agents earn 5% of what can be a substantial revenue from the clients customers.


We are looking for remote Business Development Managers to offer our free service to businesses and continue building our reputation while earning great commission from the revenue raised.


The position is preferably full time but we will also look at part time. The position is commission based only with great earning potential.

We are targeting various sectors such as charities, hotels, influencers, sport clubs. We are not only focusing on the UK but also on other countries within Europe, America, Africa, Asia and Oceania.

Ideal Profile


  • Identify and source own leads
  • Use all channels to reach leads (phone, email, social media)
  • Book meetings and close partnerships
  • Follow up with partners
  • Attend internal weekly meetings



  • Previous experience in Business Development
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to close partnerships within 1 to 3 calls/meetings
  • Ability to communicate with decision makers
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Contacts and/or knowledge within these sectors is a plus: charities, hotels, influencers, sport
  • Additional language is a plus (German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, any Eastern European language)
