Mathey-Tissot is an independent Swiss watchmaker, founded in 1886 in Les Ponts-de-Martel in the heart of the Jura. The brand carries more than 135 years of heritage. Its history runs from precision chronographs and “Class A” honours at the 1914 Kew Observatory Competition to the iconic Type XX military pilot’s chronograph, and watches once gifted by figures ranging from General Pershing to Elvis Presley. Today Mathey-Tissot makes Swiss-made timepieces that pair classic design with accessible luxury pricing. We are now bringing the brand to the UK market and looking for sales agents to help introduce it to independent jewellers and watch retailers.

Swiss-made Mathey-Tissot watches. It’s a full men’s and women’s collection in both automatic and quartz: classic dress watches, chronographs, moonphase, divers and vintage or military-inspired models. The brand sits in the affordable Swiss luxury space, with RRP typically between £200 and £600 and healthy trade margins.
Independent jewellers, regional jewellery and watch chains, online watch retailers, department store concessions and corporate gifting buyers across the UK. The brand works well for retailers who want a genuine Swiss-made name at an accessible price, one that adds to their existing lines rather than competing with them.
We’re looking for established sales agents who already have relationships with UK jewellery and watch retailers. Ideally you carry a complementary, non-competing portfolio and visit retailers with sample collections. Here’s why it’s worth your time. You’d represent a Swiss-made brand with over 135 years of real heritage and genuine collector recognition. You get a clear territory to develop, recurring commission from repeat stockist orders, product training and marketing support, and the chance to build the brand in the UK from the very start with plenty of room to grow your accounts.
