Innovative product / service
The only window company that makes it own windows from scratch. We make the PVCU, we make the glass units. This ensures a much higher quality product than our competitors
Professional training and support offered
To start with you will be given a full 5 day online training course along with several other applicants. You will be given demo pieces to take into homes to show clients and you will have full support 24hrs from your Team Manager. Training sessions once a week to help refresh your knowledge.
Sales leads provided
You will be provided all your leads (although we welcome self generated leads which have a higher commission %) There will be a mix of home visits and remote leads.

Every job we do is tailored to our customers. All our windows and doors are individually made to fit perfectly.

Ideal Profile
You’ll need to be self-motivated and confident communicating with a variety of customers at a senior level. You’ll be:
- Proactive and results-driven
- Flexible towards varied workloads and working hours
- Able to provide a consistently high level of customer service
- Ideally experienced within Home Improvements (or similar!)
- A driver with a full UK driving licence and your own car
