3GL Events is an established international event organiser delivering award-winning trade exhibitions, conferences, sporting events, awards ceremonies, concerts and festivals across more than 40 countries. With over 30 years of experience, the team specialises in designing distinctive and memorable events that bring together the right people in the right setting.
Building on this expertise, we are working with Colin McKay, International Mind Coach and Author to deliver corporate trainings for senior leadership teams. Following on from his new book Advanced Team Dynamics we are running “in house” training session to leadership teams around the UK.

3GL Events has delivered high-quality events worldwide for more than three decades.
Communication is a mastery skill in a world of AI and remote working. Investing in human language, communication and connection is going to keep leaders ahead of the curve.
Each Training will sell for between 6K - 10K.
Agents receive 20% commission on all new bookings, with no ceiling on the number of trainings that can be sold. As demand grows, the earning potential expands without limitation.
When clients return to host additional training, agents earn 10% commission on re-bookings, creating the potential for long-term revenue streams from satisfied sponsors.
Agents operate independently and can agree realistic monthly or quarterly sales targets with the company, offering the freedom to manage their activity while building a profitable pipeline.
