Leads are provided where a client has enquired about our offering. Some leads and or source is better than others hence the reason why we require a minimum of 80 outbound calls a day

About the Role

As a Property Investment Advisor, you will work from our Reading office to:

Engage with pre-qualified leads via phone, making at least 80 outbound calls daily.
Deliver expert advice on our ethical, high-yield property investments.
Build trust and relationships with clients, showcasing your consultative sales approach.
Negotiate and close investment deals while maintaining strong client relationships.
Handle administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring a seamless client experience.

Ideal Profile

We’re looking for ambitious, energetic, and professional salespeople with a talent for building trust and driving results.

Ideal candidates will have:

A consultative approach to selling, with experience targeting high-net-worth individuals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Confidence and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
A minimum of a high school diploma (a college degree is preferred).
A team-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
