Our clients include offices, retail, educational, medical and other commercial establishments. Our ethos has been to ensure high standards of cleanliness whilst delivering value for money.
Our clients have peace of mind in knowing we are fully insured, staff are DBS checked and meticulously trained to the highest standards to ensure the highest level of service consistently, every time. We only use eco friendly cleaning products.
As a growing company, we are now looking to expand our client base. To support this growth, we are seeking driven commission-only sales agents to help us secure new commercial contracts.

Commission Sales Terms – 1. Introduction These commission sales terms outline the agreement between NNCS (NN Cleaning Services) and the Sales Agent, who will generate leads and secure contracts for commercial cleaning and facilities management services on a commission-only basis. 2. Role & Responsibilities of the Sales Agent The Sales Agent is responsible for identifying potential clients, negotiating contracts, and securing signed agreements for NNCS’s services. The Sales Agent operates as an independent contractor and is responsible for their own expenses, including travel, phone, and other business-related costs. The Sales Agent must represent NNCS professionally and ethically. 3. Commission Structure Commission Rate: The Sales Agent will earn 10-15% of the first three months' contract value for each new client secured. Payment Schedule: The commission will be paid in three equal instalments over the first three months of the client’s contract. Payments will be made within 14 days of the client making their monthly payment to NNCS. Bonus Incentives: Additional commission or bonuses may be awarded for securing contracts above £5,000/month or meeting sales targets. 4. Client & Contract Eligibility A contract is considered eligible for commission if: The Sales Agent was the primary reason for securing the deal. The client has signed an official service agreement with NNCS. The client has made their first payment. If the client terminates their contract within three months, any remaining commission instalments will not be paid. 5. Exclusivity & Territory This agreement is non-exclusive, meaning the Sales Agent may work with other businesses, provided there is no direct competition with NNCS. NNCS may assign specific industries or geographical areas to sales agents. 6. Termination of Agreement Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days’ written notice. If terminated, commissions will be paid for contracts signed before termination, provided the client continues to pay for services. 7. Confidentiality & Data Protection The Sales Agent agrees to keep all client information, pricing details, and business strategies confidential and not share them with third parties. Any breach of confidentiality may result in termination and potential legal action. 8. Agreement Acceptance By engaging in sales activities for our company, the Sales Agent acknowledges and agrees to these commission sales terms. A formal agreement will be provided for signing before commencing work.
Recurring commission Recurring Commission Explanation At NNCS (NN Cleaning Services) our recurring commission structure rewards sales agents for securing long-term contracts by providing commission payments over the first three months of the contract. How It Works: The sales agent earns 10-15% of the client’s monthly contract value for the first three months. This commission is paid in three equal instalments, ensuring ongoing income for the agent while the client remains active. Payments are made within 14 days of the client making their monthly payment. Example: A £1,000/month contract secured by the agent. 15% commission = £150/month for three months. Total earnings from this contract: £450 over three months. Important Notes: If a client terminates their contract within the first three months, remaining commission payments will not be paid. Agents can secure multiple contracts, meaning multiple ongoing commission payments at the same time.

Experience in B2B Sales – Previous experience in selling services to businesses, particularly in cleaning, facilities management, or related industries, is preferred.
Strong Networking & Lead Generation Skills – Ability to connect with decision-makers such as office managers, facility managers, property managers, and business owners.
Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills – Confident in pitching our services, handling objections, and closing deals.
Self-Motivated & Target-Driven – Able to work independently, manage their own pipeline, and drive results without daily supervision.
Existing Industry Contacts (Preferred but Not Essential) – A network of business connections in offices, retail, healthcare, or property management is a plus.
