We are a one-stop shop for all IT and we help companies around the world find their dream partner. There is rarely an IT related task we can not do and our partners execute the tasks with high customer satisfaction.

Our partner network has served every industry with high success and we can provide references for all types of customers.

Products

We are looking to sell the services of the partners in our network. In reality, there is not a specific product we have, as we solve any IT related pain due to the sheer size of our partner network. Generally, we are looking for pains the client has related to IT or Development. Which a lot of the times is led by us exploring potential projects that are attractive to them in certain verticals that their core team lacks the capacity or competency to do, or maybe the activity is just not strategic.

Here are some examples from the technical domains, however it is not limited at all to these things.

Data & AI

  1. Automating first-line of support/sales/IT service desk with AI.
  2. Automating work around RFP process, proposal generating.
  3. Migrating to a new platforms.
  4. Create data pipelines, data visualisations dashboards, big data.

Cyber Security and Tech compliance.

  1. SOC services – like outsourcing.
  2. Penetration testing (for every technical environment)
  3. SOC2, GDPR, Dora, ISO, Well-Architected Framework – generally any compliance.

Cloud Managed Services and Consulting

  1. Migrating to the cloud, and also assisting with hosting.
  2. Migrating to microservices architecture (Kubernetes & Docker)
  3. DevOps Services , such as managed DevOps.
  4. Container Orchestration configuration and managed service.

Development services (web, mobile application, software etc)

  1. Custom software development
  2. Software modernization or refactoring.
  3. Fullstack mobile and web application development.
  4. UI/UX design and implementation.

Recruiting services

  1. Performance-based recruiting. The service is provided for free and only paid if we find the right candidate, and the recruiter is a previous CTO. This is one of our best sellers. Although he is a CTO he can find candidates for any role both on-site and remote. So any job posting is potentially a lead.

Target market

Konfitech services and technology domains can be used in every industry and every company. As long as they use IT we can help.

But our dream clients is companies that has there own development/IT department but IT or softweare is not their primiary way of making money. Check under for examples of industries:

Altough there are no preferences of industries there are some that are attractive.

  1. SAAS/softweare development companies
  2. Fintech
  3. Finance (Insurance, Bank, brokers etc)

These industries are attractive due to need and size of projects, however they are often targeted by many.

Therefore we are also interested in targeting industries that one commonly would not associate with huge IT companies. Because we have no minimum deal size generally.

However, no preference here.

Ideal Profile

We are looking for experienced outbound BDRs that can book in meetings for Konfitechs. We wish to meet with a high volume of clients and spend our time diagnosing them and using Konfitechs business model to become a trusted sourcing partner to find the solution for all their tech problems.

Altough any candidate can be a potential match as we will provide you with assistance and training if required, we would like people with experience from IT and technology, and having some great communication skills, especially with C-levels and other decision makers.

The agents should be able to efficently deliver Konfitechs value proposition as a sourcing partner, who can solve any IT problem now, and more down the road.

Altough any amount of meetings per month is welcome, we would like for our reps to book 10-15 qualified meetings per month

We want to have fully performance based structure, and have tried to create a structure which is a win-win for both. Any feedback is aprpeciated here

Comission is 100€ per qualified meeting booked, plus 40% of the monthly recurring revenue (MRR) Konfitech gains if the deal closes over 1 year period..

If our reps manage to book more than 7 meetings, we will bump the fixed comission to 200€ per month.

If you reach 15 successful meetings in a month, we will wish to deepen our relationship with you and transform you into a fully fledged Konfitech sales agent, and not purely a rep. Then we will provide even more training and change the deal structure to a even more favorable format with 150€ per meeting and 50% MRR over 1 year period.
